Been having issues since 2020.... if I wasn't already platinum I would have left choice for another chain
Cannot create membership on Samsung S21+, Android 12. The final submit button just takes me back to the previous screen in the registration form.
Really bad app. Im logged in, yet it will only allow me to complete my booking if I click the green 'login' button during booking, but that button doesn't work since I'm already logged in so nothing happens. Then I have to click 'become a member' and fill in all my info, but the booking fails because I'm already a member. Tried multiple times. Waste of my time. Please pay for a better app.
Unstable app, often problems with ouchers and recently the highly informative "Ooops! Ssomething went wrong." Error message radomly in the app. Good idea, poorly executed.
I'm a member. The app is trash and the developers should be fired. Have started using other premium hotels because booking is easier on my phone. Take it offline and get someone who knows what they are doing to redesign and redevelop it before it hurts your brand more.
Can't set up my account. Clicked link in recieved email to set up my password and got a 404. I see that this is a problem you've been having for some time now... Edit: problem sorted, thank you!
Can't even get it to open on my samsung tab. Works on my Samsung mobile but very unstable. Put some effort into the app or you will loose customers
OK app. Lots of errors, usually not able to see my bookings. Not able to pre-pay through the app.

The app doesn't get past the opening screen. Crashes.
Oops, try again - the only thing I can get out of this useless app. It used to be a really good one once upon a time.
Useless app - can not complete any booking, fields are not coded to auto-fillin information

Always problems with login. Fix the Google password integration.
