Normalizer phone number

The program improve the phone numbers of the format 89 in the format of +79/ Remove from phone number all that is not a digit or +. Perhaps replace part of text in all phone numbers. Before use, I recommend to copy all contacts. For some of contacts change is not possible. More you can read here
