I come here often and the food is good, though there isnt any coupons to be redeemed for points, all they give is a five dollars and you need to spend a lot to get them. I'd rather have coupons for each time I go, it would make my experience more pleasant. The scanner wont work if its not printed right, just ask the cashier for another reciept. I would give 5 stars if this made me feel better about going to eat here. You have to wait a long time to get any reward and that sucks.

So I go to pick up the food from the restaurant. Come to find out my order was ready 40 minutes ago. Yet nobody called nor did the app correctly notify me when the order was ready for pick-up. So I ended up with old and cold food. Superb😒

Twice in a row this app couldn't scan the QR code. I even made sure app was updated and turned off-on & restarted phone. I thought it was the receipt because it's faded at some parts but worked on the QR scan app so it's Norms app with the problem.

I just wanted to update, upon downloading the app and checking my email, I am happy to report that i did find my order and am waiting patiently for delivery. In that process alone, all other online order/delivery entities need to look at Norms set up and follow suit. Norms, your entire process is FANTASTICAL!! No issues at all, and very, very well designed, organized and ran! Thank you so much!

receipts no longer scan. I've had to send receipts to tech support for over 2 weeks. it's annoying but they credit the points usually within 24 hrs.

The food is plain Jane, nothing exciting and the service could be a little friendly instead of zombies serving me and rolling their eyes at me whenever im taking too long to order or if i ask them to recommend something . Not worth it, support a local mom and pop restaurant instead.

I am no able to use the app while at the restaurant! without tgw wifi, it's impossible. I can't connectto the internet when out of range!

Norms is and it's been one of the best restaurants in Southern California, I truly recommend it, the only thing is if you go in weekends you have to be patient to be seated 💺, for there's a lot of people waiting, that talks about this restaurant by itself, their food, service and prices are unbeatable

Stores dont honor the rewards. Will claim they cannot enter them into their system, will give you $5 at most for your trouble. This app is here to collect data on you. Remove it. Shady.

I think they raised prices way too high and on top of that they charge extra dollar, suppose to be because of "low prices" and food is not like it used to be.

I find it creepy that it used location services to track me in the background. Kudos to Android 10 for catching that and warning me. And I wanted to give them a little flack for their stupid "management whining about paying their employees appropriately" surcharge. That's just a stupid tamper tantrum.

can't even scan qr code. they need to create an option to put the receipt # in manually. app blows. can't get my points.

Not worth the time or effort. No imediate coupons to use. Takes a long time tooad. Total waste of time.

Only 1cup of coffee- never came by to refill. Also, rib special. Some of ribs were dry, no extra sauce.

I am logged in and every time I try to place an order it tells me to sign up or log in. I confirm that I'm logged and retry placing an order and again when I get to view order details it tells me to log in.

The app thinks I'm not within range of the restaurant, so I can't scan the receipt. :(

If you don't enter the code in 24 hours you loose out on points. Also service isnt that great anymore due to covid rules an being under staffed.

I have been to Norms 4 times and scanned my receipts 4 times, but they only credited my account once.

Went to norms saw their sign for pasta for $5 with any order they don't serve their pasta hot what kind of a restaurant is this for me a restaurant is supposed to serve hot food not frozen food

Can't reach server. Can't scan receipt to earn points. Seems worthless.

Stop trying download with wifi only Some people have unlimited data and not wifi.
