Survey quality is getting worse. Had 2 surveys in the last few days, neither can be completed. First one doesnt show options for where I live right at the start and won't let me proceed, second one about yogurts I got 95% of the way through (about 10 minutes) and I needed to click back to change my answer and it took me right back to the very start without saving any of my selections. Had other similar issues the last few months

Brilliant idea! Complete surveys and get 'paid in coins & stats. When you have saved enough coins, trade them for a reward. This can be a gift card, a charitable donation or even plant a tree. So far, the surveys have been short & punchy. Having said that, I'm a newby and the surveys seem to be establishing my base line interests. That seems to me to be a good idea. Now when I get an email telling me a new survey is ready, I know it should be of interest to me. Great Job!!!!!

Very poorly developed, running Android 9 on OnePlus 6, app tends to freeze when opening more often than not, some surveys work, some don't (only talking about the ones available on phone), constantly getting HTML errors when completeling surveys and have to force close the app. Needs a lot more work for decent performance.

Rather annoying - Won't exit when pressing back... Also it keeps displaying in dutch (or more like some machine translation, eg "Thuis" vs "Home").. App doesn't have a finished look and feel yet. But let's see and wait for a bit, things might improve.

Unable to access any surveys, app reports that I am out of area but shows info that I am in GB and reporting link does nothing. Trying to access surveys via email links does not work as websites refuse to connect. Have contacted the customer service team previously but have not had any useful feedback.

No update notes. You get logged out all the time. Bad implementation og WebView. Back button just close the app. The surveys often has no back button. It also refreshes and throw you back to start if you try to swipe down. Keyboard covers text fields. Poor UI design leads to accidental actions.

No real benefits over doing surveys on the browser. You get some stars but all that gives you is a few draw entries. Another app to clutter your phone but not much good. Even the latest survey wasnt showing up.

Worst app I've been on, I don't think it's really the app, as it's coming back ' server not responding' or 'host server down' have tried several times over few days. If it's the server down on the host side, then why do I still receive emails from the same place?? Even tried to do this on different laptop, still down.

Useful app for norstat in order to cut their expenses with physical surveyors, the app however is unstable, prone to freezing, not registering acquired point, only opens every 3-4 attempts. Also very few surveys compared to the impression given when I was persuaded try it out.

Absolutely useless app because of one issue - the map with region selection is displayed normally only in web view, but not in the app. But this region selection is present like in 95% of questionnaires. Until it's fixed there is no sense in this app.

lately all the surveys have failed to complete. as you cannot "click the arrow to complete the survey" and then left with the following message "It seems you have already entered this survey. ERROR: SE-04 Variable 'source' already completed with value '3vx3qyg3LP' for list='1'"

The front page of the app is in Finnish, and there is no obvious way to change the language. I don't have Finnish anywhere in my settings, I don't have a single app in Finnish. I have nothing against Finnish, it's a beautiful language, I just don't speak it. Guess Norstat really doesn't want me to use their app. Uninstall.

I enjoy doing surveys as I think it helps others make important decisions! They are easy to do & don’t take much time to complete!

Forced to re-login everytime app is started, rarely get sent questionnaires/surveys and when I do they never fully complete. This forces me to restart repeatedly and never complete.

Been a member for a long time when suddenly my account got frozen. I've been contacting support team several times and got no answer from them, total ignore. WORST APP!!!

On a few of these market research survey apps that make big promises for remunerative payments by completing their questionnaires. However yet to see anything coming my way!

can't even load this app with an error, contacted help but support won't write me back (it's been over a week since my email, wrote second time but still no answer). can't even see your webpage - just puts out an error for me.

I used to like the app before but now every time I try to answer a survey and open it, the app throws me the http error 400. Really annoying and need to use the desktop version instead.

Well I've been doing surveys for 6 months and I've finally got my first voucher... but after nearly 3 weeks I'm still waiting to get paid, messaged them twice and still no reply

It keeps asking for a code, I've done it 4 times and it still won't open. A wee bit rubbish.

Just dumb. After installation the app immitates an internet page and suggests to download the app again, crashes if you agree.

Unfortunately alot of the questionnaires don't allow you to complete on your android device, so now pointless.

recently changed my change.. however this app is still on and same account. but I haven't had any surveys for over a week now.

Dull.... Takes to long to get anywhere.... Half the surveys don't work on mobile... I don't want to give you access to anything else.

Drawn in by points but terrible. Too many useless surveys and lots of trash emails following joining

Cant get logged in, asks for number for one time code. Then loops back to the same thing continuously

Wants me to login when I haven't even had the chance to make an account. Doesn't recognize my email either.
