I downloaded this app yesterday and it does not work. I went to the library just to change my pin, in case that was wrong, but the app still does not work. Even the scan feature does not work.
Useless app, tried to follow the heritage trails but its not working and no maps anywhere. Just send you back to north ayrshire website!
Great for newspapers and magazines could improve selection of ebooks.

Downloaded to access the heritage trails around Ayrshire. This section doesn't work. Takes you to a website that suggests you download THIS app!?
I use both Freegall & Overdrive on a regular basis, living on Cumbrae with limited opening library times these are valuable additions to the library services.
This app worked well before but now it won't show me any reservations or loans. It let me search for a book but not actually get more info on it. Moto g 1st gen
The NAC website says: "You can download our libraries' app and access the Heritage Trails app"; the app just links back to the website. "Follow the trail on the move from a mobile phone or tablet" Nope, that is not a thing you will be doing with the app: there isn't even a map! It might as well have said "follow the trail on the move from a notepad or a scrap of paper"... that way you cant encounter the server problems I had trying to get onto the app that just points you back at the website!
