I had the older version and was able to scan my tickets and collect points for 2nd Chance drawings. Everything was all in one place. Now I am not even sure where to scan my tickets or if I even can. If it wasn't for that I would give this app a higher rating.

When I open the app an ad pops up. Close ad, error message. Installed/uninstalled twice! I want the old app back!!! Unable to check/scan tickets!

FYI - this is not the official NCEL app. I downloaded this app wanting the ticket scanner and other features, doesn't work. You need to get online and download the actual app directly from NC Lottery. A quick Google search "NC Lottery Mobile App" will get you the right app. Scanner works, second chance prizes, etc

Can see the last winning numbers for each game and absolutely no other function. No other things are available. What a colossal waste of time.

This supposed NEW app closes as soon as I try to open it. funny enough I get the ADS but no access to the app it just closes. Cant check tixs or collect my points. thanks a bunch!

I would give it a starpoint only. it doesn't even rate a whole star. I couldn't get it to open at all from install. It closes as soon as you close Ad. old app was much better, please bring it back. can't check tickets or use player forum.

This app is terrible. Have tried to load it twice. Never completed to the point of even being able to launch it to see how crappy it is based on the other reviews. Oh well. Back to normal.

App doesn't work at all. It opens with an ad. When you close it, the entire closes. Ridiculous!

When you click on the app another app pops up to install. There is no way to X out of it. Can't even get into the damn app!

So i see that they have went commercial. If you look under install, it has contains ads. Looks like they have traded just checking your tickets to getting ads from third partys. Thanks NCOL

App keeps stopping won't open but the ads work just fine. Don't waste your time.

I downloaded the app, but every time I try to open it I get an ad and then it stops working. So, not useable.

I dont understand the point of app, that only shows you the winning numbers. I can check that without downloading an app on the website.

I would give it a 4 but the update is causing it to close as soon as it opens. It use to work. uninstalled it.

App Does not open. another App opens then closes. now that I deleted old app to update with this so called New App...CANT SCAN MY TICKETS!

With this app you cannot scan your second chance scratch off tickets as it is advertised. It sucks

I loved the older app. Scanning my scratch off and pick ticket's NO PROBLEM.THIS SCANNER SUCKS! Why did you go and change this🙄🤦

before the update this app was awesome. please fix the issues so itll do more than close and show u wanted ads

I can not find an option to scan tickets. I need more than just seeing the numbers.

app will not open. it closes within 5 seconds of initiating.

The lacks intuitiveness and functional usefulness for players of the games....

This app is terrible you can't do anything with it. Can't check your tickets or nothing. What was wrong with the old app? Nothing

I use to be able to check the pick 3 numbers to see the last date drawn now I can't sucks

can't use the app to enter drawings and can't check scratch offs....sucks

No where to scan in tickets!! Site needs a upgrade bad!

No home page, don't stay logged in, no option to log out!!!!

I deleted the old app as instructed. Installed the new app and now it won't open.
