It’s easy to get started. First, at northcoastcu.com sign up for online banking. Once online, allow “Mobile Access” and you can begin to login to North Coast Mobile from your Android device. The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it is really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

I liked the last version of online banking better. Ever since they did the update (06-14-19) I'm not able to see my available balance at all. The new version doesn't show/post my payments immediately and I have to keep my own transaction log to know an accurate balance. Also it doesn't save my family's member numbers so when I need to transfer money I have to keep asking them what their account number is to transfer funds between accounts. I'm very disappointed.
It's getting worse. It keeps me in the non working auto mode when taking a Pic of a check for deposit, I must wait for 60 seconds before it gives up now doing it and allows a manual snapshot! It used to work until the upgrade.
This app is a life saver for me!!! I live in a remote, wilderness area. The nearest bank is 90 minutes away. This app saves me time and money. There are several transactions that are unavailable to mobile phone users and if those options were made available, I would give this app 5 stars.
i loved the old app, but on the current update my transactions aren't posting. i made a transaction three days ago and still don't see it in my transaction history.
Since the update looking into my banking is super easy im grateful they fixed all the bugs and made it more user friendly!
It seems to work fine, except the fingerprint login doesn't work on a Lg V60
Everything works fine but, it will not enroll fingerprint on LG V-60
Doesnt show pending transactions.

Love the bank but mobile deposit is a nightmare. Wish they'd make it easier and actually read the check instead of taking 25 photos to finally get a good one.

Locks up at first menu screen, then times out. No functions available.
This app used to work well, but now locks up on menu screen. Please fix it. I NEED this kind of access to my account info! On a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 running Android 5.0.
Works like it should on my Droid Razr Maxx. I see some new features have been added too. Very easy to use. Great job.

Way beyond previous version
Works great glad to have an app for my phone. Looking forward to the remote deposit feature.
Super easy to transfer to my family members accounts. .. very convient. .. good job guys! :) now when are we going to get remote deposit?
When you go to accounts and look at your history, at the bottom is a zoom in/out function. This function blocks the "more..." button so its impossible to see more than the 20ish most recent transactions. I hope this is fixed at some point.
Great app! Love it on my phone; glad to see it available on my tablet now, too. :)
The new version of the app is both better and worse than the previous version. It is better in that fingerprint scanning is supported for login. It is worse because the mobile deposit workflow is less efficient. For example, when entering the amount of a deposit the app automatically brings up a keyboard for input, but it's the QWERTY keyboard and not the numerical. That needs to be fixed. Also, after making a mobile deposit it would be nice if the app offered two options: Make another deposit to the same account, or to a different account. As it is now you have to go back through the account selection routine each time, which is tedious.
