This app has always been slow and had bugs, but it was nice when they finally added a mobile deposit option. Too bad the mobile deposit option fails more often than it succeeds. Mobile deposit has been unsuccessful for 2 months now. Doubt it will be fixed anytime soon.
I've never had an account in which the "bank", is deciding, how to manage my money, but, refuse to allow me a Debit Card. And, stuck with this entity due to THEIR, lack of Communication. They've changed the layout of they're website. It is simply stupid, not understanding the need of continually changing the way the pages work. I can't see my accounts like I used to be able to. Not even slightly a good bank anymore.
Extremely frustrating experience trying to use this to deposit a check. Would crash almost every time I tried to take a picture of the back of the check. It finally went through and I immediately uninstalled the app, and will not use again.
App will no longer let me log in. I put in my fingerprint and it just goes to a white screen. It works fine in chrome. Not sure whats going on but I cant use the app anymore
2/2020 Crashes every time I try to deposit check 11/2020 still doesn't work and customer service doesn't see an issue. Have to deposit in person. Frustrating.
I just open account a couple of weeks ago. Does the mobile check deposit not work? Is it just to take up space? When 8 click on the feature its a blank screen, when I call customer service they say its fine. Y won't it work?
I don't like the way you can see your account numbers they hide them in the wrong spots and when you have to flip your phone to look at an account number it's not right

Northeast savings is the best bank very friendly I have a lot of loans with the best paraprofessional I recommend it to everybody I have 11 houses and I'm very happy John America
App is easy to use and never have a problem with it.

When it works it works awesome but I've noticed every other day it seems like the app is down and I can't get onto it and it's not on my end because I have full bars of service and a brand new flagship phone so the problem I would say is please update your app and fix the issues with it with it and you will get a better review from me when you do
