Even though there's nothing but just the line of credit feature which could be useful but hoping for some big changes very soon. The support team is really great and that is the ONLY thing I appreciate here so far but hope to see some improvements soon. It requires an annual subscription to use LOC but that is also not really justified, at least not until we get some useful LOC because paying 649/pa for 5K LOC doesn't justifiable unless we get a useful limit and more features worth paying for.
Absolutely love; 1.) Instant deposits via debit card, 2.) Being able to view my card details in-app so I don't have to touch my dirty COVID-19-ridden wallet to make online purchases, 3.) Customer service is friendly, responsive and fixes any issues rapidly. Desired features: 1.) Still waiting on full support to pay in-store in Google Pay, 2.) Contactless tap-n-pay cards would be awesome!, 3.) Surprise me! :D
On trying to sign up for US checking, the US residence option is missing and selecting UK then asks for phone number. After entering a valid UK phone number, the app says the session timed out. Then reentering the app it tries to login and says invalid email. The phone number is not answered and chat is away. Seems to be abandoned.
It's been four days, I am unable to withdraw the drawdown amount. When I withdraw it shows an error message to contact customer service. When I get in touch with customer service, they say we're working on it. Team, North loop it's 2021 not 1947, get ur work together and resolve the issue ASAP....
Seems like a good bank with all the features an international student such as my self would like but slow communication times restricted to only one channel, and after several attempts opening an account wasn't possible with no satisfying reason.
Credit line feature not available even after upgrading the plan. Raised a ticket twice but no response on it. If you can't province the premium service even after paying for the plan then better refund the subscription cost
I don't usually leave reviews but this app is an exception. It's easy to use, sends money relatively quick, has good exchange rates and works wonders.

Third class app. Unable to register . Just getting a message after entering my phone number " Session Expired Please Login Again". Lol. This is a financial app with third class Registration service .
I'm not able to create account. Even there inside customer support during account creation process is useless, it doesn't opens after many trials.
After paying subscription fee I am able to withdraw loan only two times and also make payment for the same.but now the.app does not working and iam unable to withdraw loan,after getting subscription fee this type of service doesn't meet the ethics and I think this type of problem is not just a error of application ,this is pre-planned, So this is very bad experience that I have with this app.
This is a very useful app for daily expense tracker. It helps in keeping a track on daily expenses. Can also check bank balance.

Oh man. The product is unusable at its current form. Both the app and website. App crashes each time I click on any banner or any of the categories in the bottom nav bar. Definitely can't create a NRE account in 5 mins. Actually can't even find the link to create the NRE account. I think you guys jumped the gun on your ad campaigns even before you fixed some crucial product experience and backend issues. Your new customer churn will be sky high if it's not even a minimum remarkable product.
