Location services - allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM
Camera - allows the app to use device camera to take picture of cheque
Contacts - allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

This app is terrible. Slow. Very limited what you can actually do, kicks you out all the time. Always have to reload your card number, or decides it doesn't like your password that day
Thankful to be able to use this app, however lately, probably since last update, I've had to uninstall the app and reinstall numerous times because it wouldn't let me sign in. It would say that I didn't have a server but I did and it worked after the reinstall. Had to do that 3 times last week.
This bank is an absolute joke. First they make it so that I can't add decimals when trying to digitally deposit a cheque on my phone, and don't make the app smart enough to read the number off the photo of the cheque and apply it to the field to make up for that. Then they make it so that the app is no longer compatible with iPad (which did allow for decimals to be put in). All the while they jack up their bank fees and heavily restrict free transactions. Screw NPSCU. When I am up north later this month the first thing I'm doing is closing my account with these clowns.
I'm locked out of my account, all of a sudden the app didn't recognize my password and now I'm even locked out of accessing the website to do banking. Almost zero options for support, this is pathetic. To top it all of, it's payday.
Latest update has introduced new stability issues. Have to force close the app before each session, old sessions not closing properly. App hangs frequently. Was working fine before this update.
Getting sick of updates and constant password changes. It's my account, it should be my choice if I want to change it or not
Overall the app is pretty good, it does occasionally freeze or glitch. But usually it's back up and running within a day.
The biggest problem I have with it is that when you go to type in the password you don't have the option to show the password as you're typing it in personally I think if they're going to lock you out of your bank account and only be open limited business hours because of covid to have your account unlocked via phone then they should at least give you the option to view your password as you type it in and be able to see it before you press OK for the third time also when you view more details
Never works the same way twice. Constant problems with logging in. Can only pay one bill at a time.
keeps locking me out , doesn't remember my account and messes up my security answers. it also sais there is no network even tho there clearly is!!! not at all happy with this app
Not very good. Not sure what the issue is but hardly works im lucky to be able to get on the app once a week
Most annoying app ever constant changes, constantly down,constanly forcing you to change your password.
It seems to he an alright app once your in. But I have to Uninstal then reinstall the app everytime I want to use it
No time left to change or update only right now even if you have only a slow connection

Mediocre app for a company of scumbags. They changed my bank account type without asking to charge me fees. I'm already looking for a new bank.
Would be nice to see some 24-hour telephone service available.

This app is well made and easy to navigate. It makes paying bills, doing transfers, and checking my balances in real time easy and convenient.
I honestly don't really have any criticism for this app. Sometimes the deposit check things doesn't work well but that's minor

Since the last update. The main issue is the load time,keep showing the load circle. Never had this issue before,being using the app since day one. The interface is user friendly and easy to add your bills to the app so they can be paid
