Here it is a week later, and the app is STILL NOT WORKING. Update (3/19/22): The new version doesn't even effing open! Thanks a bunch app developers. This update was clearly not ready for release. STOP USING US AS BETA TESTERS. If you check to see "What's new" about the upgrade, all you get is that there were improvements. Would it kill you to tell us what they are?
Changed review to one star, was five stars. As of version 21.3.30 that released on March 15th of 2022 all I get when I open the app is a white screen! As this is the 7th day of dysfunction with no resolve what else is there left to do than uno star? Fix app and I will update review. Attempting to uninstall/reinstall did not fix issue.
Hello North Shore bank In regards to your reply to Shanan Germait. We did the update on 3/17/22 on a Verizon edge and all were getting now is a white screen. We never had problems before the update. You really need to fix this, as now I can't even open your app. Version 21.3.30 Thank you!
The app is fine, but can be buggy at times and also there's no way to deposit checks unlike alot have now. North Shore is behind in the times
Good when it works but it's usually unavailable after midnight and crashes a lot. Would like to see my accounts whenever I can.
Continually closes on me. Had to Uninstaller and re-install in order to get the app to stay open so that I could pay my bills. Not a great experience.
Update crashed and no longer opens app. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no avail. Frustrating!
App won't even open. Unable to use app for a week and no fix in sight. Time to find a new bank. Can't go over a week without being able to check my accounts.
grear app! Update: I updated this app the other day and now it won't open. I just get a white screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. Sad!
Love the app as it makes viewing my accounts easy and saves me time. I can transfer funds and even deposit checks, which is a lifesaver. Especially since the new drive up window at my bank is way to low for my truck for me to be able to hold my id to the screen where they want it. So the drive up is a no go for me. Cons: pops back up to tell me it logged me out. Picture of check dont line up with what it shows while taking pic, i have to have it way offset to the top to get a pic w/barcode
Theres no point... Consistently have remove and reinstall. Won't give you up to date account information on the weekends and/or after midnight...until 6am. You end up constantly doing the math yourself trying to figure out what's actually available during those times. I'm just waiting for a good time to switch banks...over an app. Let that sink in.
App never works especially when you need it. Awful all around experience.
I've had multiple security issues with North Shore Bank. Including a wrong address linked to my account

Frustrating to use this app. It does not work dependably well.
Difficult to use no option for external bank acct cause i have a nsb acct so only will use that acct for a loan payment ..and 10 zillion security questions for stupid app
I installed this app for mobile deposit. The web site doesn't function correctly (loop with "please select an additional service") and although it's installed on my phone and I can see my accounts, I get an error message stating I don't have any accounts with permissions for mobile deposit. With COVID, this is unacceptable. I'm fed up with the klunky tech that NSB has and am looking to close our accounts/move our mortgage elsewhere.
I used to be able to go in this app all the time, now I can never get in. It keeps telling me that the password is incorrect (which it is NOT, and neither is my username). And every time I try to change my password, I can never get past my first security question! (tells me it's incorrect, but I *know* it's not). I've even tried force stopping and uninstalling/reinstalling and it still doesn't let me log in...
Abysmal. I can accept when I do not punch in the appropriate passcode because my fingers are too fat. When I have my passcodes right in front of me and I have verified several times and can't get in- it's unacceptable. One of the worst phone apps I have ever used. It never works right nor sends me the reminders I set up. With all the money North Shore has you would think they could build a better phone app. Customer Service great, phone app bad.
I used to use this app all the time. I got a new phone, updated to Android 9. Initially it worked until Fiserv updated the app now it crashes instantly. So far they are telling me unsupported device and unsupported OS. This needs to get fixed ASAP.
"self designated" tester- suggest look at the specific phone Brands and OS etc for the cstmrs having issues. Many burner phones like TracFone aren't compatible. Just went back to my Galaxy S7 - had issues as others on a newer phone, but no probs on VERY outdated (patches etc) S7. But yeah- gotta work on your maint. window- as a 3am'er & programmer - suggest redundant server- update there & swap- downtime (dpnding on xyz- 10/15min)- but fyi to cstmrs- that's not a cheap undertaking!!
It totally stopped working this weekend. Loved it and used it all of the time before! I was told the app no longer works with Galaxy J7. Go figure? Fix it! It did work for a long time. Referred to mobile option but it has NO REMOTE DEPOSIT! boo! :(
From 3/19/22 when they "updated" the app, which was working before the update, it took them untill 4/6/22 to correct the non working only a white screen app. My update was installed 4/7/22 and it seems to be working for now. Let's see how quickly they mess this latest update up. One star is being generous!
