I am unable to sign in. I can input the username but once I start typing the password it goes back to the splash screen. Tried it many times and it still doesn't work.
Keeps crashing and telling me my verification codes are incorrect when they're not. Also, it tells me my password is incorrect but I can login to the website just fine with the same password.
Can't submit a meter reading in the app. Only available on website. Why have both?? Will be uninstalling after next bill arrives in the mail.
This app is amazing it's all to touch of a button anything you wanna do report an issue make a payment make a payment anything you're able to do it with just won't touch great I downloaded this app so happy thank you
Your customer service for the Illinois area is actual garbage. The woman I spoke to was rude and curt, treating me as if it was an annoyance to do her job. I tried to stay on the line to continue the call into the survey but the woman demanded I hang up the call. Was very rude.
This freakimg app SUCKS! I make payments sometimes it takes them and sometimes it doesnt and i end up owing months! I LITTERALLY JUST WENT THROUGH THIS PAYD FOR LAST MONTHS AND THIS MONTH AND I SCREEN SHOT WHEN IT SAID IT WAS PAYED!!! AND ALL OF A SUDDENT I OWE $300 NOT $100 BECAUSE I DIDNT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS??? FIX YA APP AND YA SERVICE SUCKS TOO! I WISH I COULD SWITCH COMPANIED YALL SUCKED SINCE DAY 1!!!!!

Confusing. Calls me "Nancy", says my bill is due June 6, says I owe $40. Do not like it at all. Deleting now.

Just talked to Customer Service about the bill graph. She was of absolutely no help and insinuated there was nothing she or the company can do. I Found her of no help whatsoever... How can I get a supevisor call me back.
Easy to see and use. Disappointed they don't take Visa. What is up with that.
