constantly crashes, and never gives me the option to book a cab ( the button just isnt there) so I'm only left with the option of calling for a cab. definitely prefer the previous layout of the app, it worked every time
Used to work fine for me, but since at least the last 2 weeks ( I don't use it that often) I can't lookup any address, I needed to manually position a cursor in the map, which is incredibly inconvenient.
The app doesn't work. I've deleted and installed it twice hoping that would fix the problem, it didn't. I'll install it again in about 6months hopefully that will give enough time to fix the bugs.
Never gotten a taxi with this app. It's always just searching forever. It did find one once but 30 seconds later the driver cancelled or something. Tried the app multiple times, more than 30min each time.
Awful. Does not work. Tried to input an address downtown and it did nothing. My wife used the app to book a taxi that never showed up. The taxi industry can disappear anytime - bring on Uber!!!
Worst app ever, try and book a trip and just sits there spinning when finding a cab. Another example of lossy service and why we need ride sharing in Vancouver.
dont use this app, they cannot honor bookings. complete waste of time. had cab booked for over 48 hours to take family to airport. didnt show up so called operator who said they know nothing abiut bookings booked via app and cannot help us. utter joke of a service
Constantly crashes, really buggy and half the time the buttons dont respond when you hit them. One of the worst apps ive used.
Has been very difficult to get a cab through this app and either have to call in or flag one. There is a disconnect between the dispatch and the app
Useless!!! Apparently there are no cabs in my area, no matter where the pick up is. Waste of time, this app just doesn't work. Bring on Uber!!!
this app appears to work, but when it matters it never can find a cab.
This whole service is a joke - the app doesn't connect to dispatch, rides cxl'd
takes 12 years to find a cab. doesnt work. I have no idea why this company refuses to do better with any of their services.

Wow. Worst app ever. Despite the description above, the ONLY function is "Pick me up." At which point there is never a cab nearby. And this is after you're forced to register and confirm both your email and phone number, with two different codes. I"m just glad I didn't give them a credit card number.
