It was working fine but suddenly we can't get it to open to even log in.
Was great until the most recent update. Now can't even login.
NOT USER FRIENDLY. How can I make REMOTE DEPOSIT if it is not easily found or accessible in the app?
Email receipt does not work! Enhancement request is to make bank balances more accurate. After transferring funds between accounts, the summary does not update to reflect changes. The website does this.
Why make an app you can't log into seems like a waste of money.
It doesn't work since the wintrust changed from first Chicago. I can log onto the website but not the app. It says my password and username are incorrect wth?
Changed permissions with no explanation. I will rate higher when they explain the reason for the new permissions.
