- Track the response and engage in public dialogue, through issue resolution

2. Submit a request with a photo & GPS Location attached.
3. Authorities receives the request.
4. The Authorities fixes the problem!
5. You get notified when the request is completed.

No option of raising complaints If you compare other MCD apps they habe in-app feature to raise complaints. It act as a one-stop shop. Reason to download the app for a normal citizen is not to know traffic situation of sports complex or parks near me. Google maps does it very well. NMCD should focus and highlight its own work
Just a waste, no option of complaining and suggestions. Just a few helpline numbers, areas around you and all that.
Pathetic app. MCD department doesnt respond to complaints. App is not sending OTP to the mobile number

There are many bugs to be fixed! Like photo are unable to be uploaded even when captured at present moment! Tried 3 different devices! 2ndly the text is not visible which is typed or being typed!
