Love this app! Had a couple days of sign-in issue but it was due to the android developer, not NCCU. App has everything you'd possibly need and is super easy to use.

This app seems to work almost a year ago, and they're trying to blame it on Android, instead of owning their own issues. Still does not work today. Android has been through two upgrades and they still can't fix their app. And the email address listed for support, no longer exists.

Love the app and Northeast Community Credit Union is awesome and they are so helpful in assisting there members...

Best working app , updated and now I have to reinstall it !! This is not usual for this I hope .😁

App used to work great. Complete garbage.

The bank itself is great, but as for the app, it's okay at best. I can look at my accounts and transfer on the go but not much else. And there have been several times where I simply couldn't access it at all due to various issues, lately I haven't been able to for several days. Stability issues need to be fixed before I can rate any higher.

I love this app! It is so easy to use! I especially love the instant balance feature! I can see how much I have in my accounts without having to enter a username and password each time! And it helps so much having your balances right in your phone instead of having to try to keep up with everything you spend!

Great app for most of your banking needs- pay bills, check balances, transfer funds. However, the "pay companies/ scheduled payments" feature has a serious lag issue! That kind of defeats the purpose of having an app- you could sign in online and pay bills in about the same time!

Easy to check my balance and make transfers! It is offline occasionally (usually late night) but I don't know if that's an app issue or a bank issue. Overall I like this app, it's easy to use.

The app's simple and easy to use, which I like a lot. Nothing fancy, it gets the job done, and it definitely saves time from needing to go to the bank for some things. 5/5 No issues!

Haven't been able to access the app correctly in about a week so far. Only after banking hours has the app worked somewhat regularly. Very inconvenient.

Has had a few glitches in the display, but they have been worked out. I have multiple accounts, but can only transfer between linked savings and checking accounts. I'd like to be able to transfer among all my accounts

Great credit union, mobile app is junk. Continually crashes upon startup. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and problem still persists.

when using the overdraft feature where it takes from my Savings account to put in checking, it actually does it in a way I don't like... it don't just take out what I overdrawn when I overdrawn it, it takes it out in increments and at random times, therefore it messes me up to the point where I thought I was covered & really overdrafted both accounts.

Mediocre - basic access to accounts and online bill pay. Doesn't allow to link other outside accounts, cant transfer money to non NCCU accounts. Almost every day the accounts are unavailable for system update.

Like my app. Its slow loading up and goes down for maintenanve every night which can be a little inconvenient but otherwise no complaints.

Absolutely perfect app!!! Simple, yet effective... NEVER had any problems at all!! Great financial institution to do business with... Highly Recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Been having problems to open...8t starts to open then closes right back out before it even gets to the login screen!

I love the app. I have all my banking info at hand if needed and can make transfers anywhere on my phone and its immediate.

App still won't open.

Was a really great app and easy to use but now it won't fully load to the login page or stay up and running

great app, only thing I dont like is if you try to look at your accounts past 12 at night most of the time it wont work.

When I download it, the app keeps showing 5 seconds into app then shutdown

Overall a great app. Have had a few issues with it completely not working.

application is very demanding on password, would be nice if we could add account to Samsung pay.

Easy to use, quick deposits, fingerprint sign in. Works like it should.
