Navigation is terrible, adding a payment option for loans is non existing. Adding an outside account is a nightmare.
The app is unusable now since once you open it there will be an automatic redirect to a screen advertising their new equally unusable app.
Really easy to use, simple GUI, fast, highly secure, and the mobile check deposite function works extremely well.
I'm very happy with the experience I've had with check as well as cash ATM deposits. The one thing that has made me concerned in the past is I've paid for a hotel I've checked out and gone about my day and suddenly the payment doesn't reflect my balance goes back to what it was before paying the room and now I think I have more than expected then bang I get hit by reality and the room charge is back. Other than that I love my app.
I love your online banking services. You guys are great and do everything you can to make banking with you smooth and easy. Love your customer service as well!! I've never had an issue with using this app. I don't even have to leave my home. I appreciate all your work in making it easier to manage my money and paying bills so simple. ❤️🍀❤️🍀
It's a good start, but lagging way behind other financial institutions' app. Too many clicks to get to the screen where one would think the information would be, only to realize you have to go to the website - and that is another whole process in itself.
Do not like that I can't view all checks. Also, if you key in sign in incorrectly 3 times you get locked out of account. Should be a secure way to verify account holder, rather than waiting until bank reopens to get unlocked.
Northern's app is fantastic, especially for a smaller credit union. as far as I'm concerned, the only thing the app is missing is a way to find your MICR number, which is a minor inconvenience. Great job!

Its an ok app. Functional enough with some app breaking issues. Password lockout does not reset on the app even after resetting online- takes 6+ hours. Too long to be locked out of your money
Useful but it is not very accurate or reflect the actual balance in my account and has caused multiple over draft fees that they have not reimbursed which I think is b.s like a most recent time they charged me an overdraft fee before I was even over drafted.. fix this app and the bank or I'm switching banks
using pay bills feature is now much more difficult. sorry. I spent an hour trying to edit a payor and pay two other bills. Not intuitive for me.
Never had a problem in my probably 3 or 4 years with the app & with the credit union. Amazing service & I've had 2 other banks. This one is A+. I hope it continues. ❤
Wish it wouldnt take days for money to be taken out after a purchase. Other than that, the app works great. I love being able to deposit checks in the app instead of having to go to the bank.
App works great! Always fast transactions, minimal downtime, and it's never given me a single problem.
Easy to use and I love the mobile deposit capability. I wish there were more options similar to what's available on the full website, but I appreciate the functionality of the mobile app.
Their Bank app is absolutely amazing my car is financed through them so therefore it shows exactly what the amount is and when I make a payment it shows a breakdown of what is left so at all times I know what is in my account and I know what I owe on my vehicle it's so amazing and so are they :)
Good app. Would be better if it had the ability to see account numbers and routing numbers on the account home page.
I like the freedoms the mobile app gives us. Sometimes I have problems with the log in. It seems the app does not always take my finger print.
Absolutely LOVE this app! Easy to use and just by the touch of a finger you can transfer money, which is amazing! Thank you Northern!!!
Love this app. Had issues with not being able to log in and freezing few months back but other wise its been great.
Don't make me change the mf app What the hell. I logged in by user ID not email. So now I can't access my finances. I can't recover anything because apparently I didn't use any emails? If they don't have a solution for me on the spot when I go in, I'm moving all my accounts
