Does what it is supposed to do, but it is flippin clunky. When it decides to randomly reload a screen when you push a link, or drops settings, it can be frustrating. When I move from northern credit to another bank, the app will be a reason.
Great bank but the new access codes for online banking are way to long and just crazy the amount of letters numbers and symbols required preferred the old way just four numbers done. And most of the time I will go to log in and it tells me I have no internet connection so I have to shut off my internet and turn it back on which is a pain and it's only for this app. Like I said great bank crazy app
Hard to get on sometimes. It always says I don't have wifi connection. I have wifi and 10 gigs of data on my phone so don't know what the problem is. Usually have to login online instead.
Before the recent upgrades, it was fantastic. Now? Every. Time. I attempt to log in I want to pitch my phone at the wall. I could be sitting ON my wifi and it tells me it can't connect because I have no service, despite the fact that I DO. THEN, once I'm in, it takes a minimum of 3 tries to see my main account. NOT HAPPY. Will be calling to notify the right individuals so the app can be tweaked.
Out dated app says there no connection all the time when I try both wifi or data from the cell network seems it hasn't been up dated snice they first launched it like 10 + years ago
Version 16 still has too many issues...continued loading errors. lost network connections. Freezing when depositing cheques. Extremely frustrating.
Answer security question and enter password is bizarre they need a thumb recognition and it's terrible to navigate... they need to follow cibc template
Constantly crashing upon opening app. It doesn't recognize that I am connected to wifi or mobile data, I have to play around for multiple tries to be able to make the app function. When I gave feedback I was told it's probably my internet (not true when I literally get on average 100 mbps)
It used to be great but now it acts up going from wifi to data and won't let me use data unless I restart my phone without wifi on. Now it's been glitches when trying to send etransfers. Deleting it after several years of having a great banking tool.
App constantly tells me I have no available network when I have full bars and when I'm on Wi-Fi, literally only let's me on when using home Wi-Fi and then turning Wi-Fi off in order to access my account. Can only see my account when at home ..... very much needs to be figured out please. It's not like we can just use a different app now, is it??? Please Fix this issue.
Been really spotty lately, freezing up, shutting down unexpectedly. Unexpected errors popping up. I've tired uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing changed. It has always been slow but manageable.
Very happy with the app and much easier than doing it all on a computer
Its garbage now... at first it was great but as tons of others have said, I can only use it at home!! Cant log in using data as it keeps saying no available conection even when I have full bars and all other apps work just fine!! How is this supose to be better? Pls fix this asap
Not good. It is easy to use but I almost recieve the No network carrier message every time I log on. It take 3 or 4 attempts of "force stopping" the app before I get to log on. Very Fustrating.
Terrible!! With all the complaints in the previous reviews I think this should be corrected. I spent 3 hours yesterday trying to deposit 1 cheque after depositing 2 cheques successfully. I will be switching banks if this is not cleared up in 1 more week! Uninstall & reinstall did nothing yet both people I had talked to said to try it so someone there knows there's a problem. Fix it soon or I will switch to a bank l
This app allows me to do my banking wherever I am. I've never had a problem with it.
When it works, it's wonderful, but it rarely works. It just keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet, when I know for a fact, that I am. This problem has gone on for nearly 2 years and still not fixed. The only way I can use it is to uninstall, then re install. It will work once then.
Easy to use, and offers most services. No real complaints I guess.

Definitely more of a community bank rather than convinent. Don't offer visa debit so options r limited. Also have to go into bank to pay bills the first time then ur able to pay straight from ur phone. Not a bank I would recommend personally thinking of switching banks.
Terrible!! Very slow and cannot deposit cheques through the online deposit feature because the photo button on the screen is directly under the home button.
I went from comfortably and EASILY online banking to almost never even using the app. Please revert to a pin password!!!

Very poor design ... Lots of errors, slow e-transfer, needs a modern touch. Other then that good customer service
Barely opens most days. Blank or rotating screen. Have to go in and out multiple times before it actually lets me in. Can't see past etransfer info. You guys can fix it anytime now. It's getting annoying. Old style cards with no debit Visa and a very weak app. Get with the times or get left behind.
