Northern Quest Resort & Casino

Started out great... BUT doesn't update anymore. Points are not current and doesn't delete past gifts or promotions. I'll try Uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Reinstalled the app. Point balance changed by 10,000, however it now says point balance current as of 04/06/2019. A little over 3 wks ago. So it's an epic fail for personal use in the casino, but the links are handy to have all in one place in the app.

*edited 6/21 * the app is so frustrating the only way to reliably check your points is to uninstall the app and reinstall it after you've remembered clear all the cached data for it. It should not be this hard to check your info. ****************** The app ok, I'd give it more stars but I find it super frustrating that my points information doesn't seem to up date. The last update I had on my points was 3/10 and I'd like to know what my comps are at now rather than then.

Over all it's a good app. I enjoy being able to log in and see whats going on at the casino and what my card incentives are it's better than having to travel to the casino and check my card. Thank you Northern Quest for making membership convent and easy for members.

This App is awesome for keeping informed for concerts, events, contests. Everything from the Resort Hotel, Spa, and all the food and beverage choices are updated regularly with promotions, discounts etc. Its easy to navigate and find exactly what im looking for. Good luck to everyone!

a good start but needs work. gives my point balance and tier balance. the worst part though is it does not have the current month information what my incentives are. and doesn't always show me current month promotions and what's happenings. this makes it mostly useless. I really want this to work but it needs more current info. maybe it works better on an iPhone but android no.

I like the app but it doesn't update offers timely (it's January and showing October's info). I tried to uninstall then reinstall and nothing was updated. If the end user could swipe down on the screens to update the pages, it would be much better.

Good design and layout. Easy to navigate around, Youre able to see point balance and rewards from app. Has everything the website does plus a bit more. I could only give 4stars. Doesnt matter how cool the app is the overall experience of the real place is quite disappointing. Youre loosing sight of your core values people. Also you need to add how large this app is in your description. *Doesn't seem to update very well. Points not updating and promotions all still on March and not April.

I was told to download this app to access special offers once I got inside the casino. Made sure my location services were turned on, and everything else that needed to be done, and still nothing. No offers, waste of time. Tried restarting my phone and still no offers.

They've had this app for awhile now and they really need their IT people to do some serious work on it. This app is horrible. Most of the time you can't get current info on your account i.e. rewards, points, comps, monthly specials etc. I've cleaned the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. It does nothing. FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT.

Love it❣️❣️😍 Huge gaming selection and great players comps!! Tons of food options inside, like fancy restaurants, fastfood, ben and Jerry's, etc. Shopping, bars, they also have a decent sized concert venue. I have yet to see a concert here, but I'm looking forward to it!!! This place is like a mini Vegas all in one! 😍😍

Too slow with the updates. Ours didn't update for nearly 3 weeks. Only way to get it to update faster is to uninstall and reinstall which is a pain. Needs a lot of improvement for sure! Why waste time on an app that doesn't work? Benefits for having it mean nothing if the app doesn't work the way it should.

This app is great! It allows me to check comp and point play balances without having to ask a cashier OR go to a kiosk ☺ Not only that, but you can do so much more, having to do with the hotel itself, eating or events 👍

Alright app, but really doesn't update often whatsoever and no manual way to update without uninstalling. I've only had one app notification that I normally wouldn't have had otherwise so as of yet not super useful. But I've been a fan of NQ since they first opened, and know that they'll improve the app just like they have everything else.

The app is great with one serious flaw. It doesn't update correctly. When it does, I'd give the app 5 stars. When it doesn't I'd give it 1 star. The main function of the app is to get current account information. It's advertised all over the casino as the big perk. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at least half the time. I hope they figure out how to fix this.

Lots of questions.... why are there no phone numbers? Why can't I update my in information thru the app? Why doesnt the app update correctly? Why can't I sign in a different way if I can't remember my acct. #? The damn thing wipes right off of my card after only a couple of uses, then the app requires that I have that number or I can't sign in!! I really enjoy have fun easy my mind playing games the thing for me is well I like playing games my whole life and going to the casino is just that a big arcade that rewards u with having fun. Northern quest casino is blast of energy and wonderful stuff well for some but it's what it is. If u really just want to get out and have a gaming fun time and maybe get rewarded for ur time and investment in the games u like don't wait head to Northern quest casino. Le

Great most of the time. But sometimes it just stops responding; I've had to reinstall a couple times. Doesn't always refresh in a timely manner. Easy to get around and has lots of options.

This place is exciting and fun! The food is sooooo Good! The staff is very polite and helpful. I want to win a jackpot and then get a room. Lol! Just make sure you play in moderation and have fun. Good Luck!

I like that I can look in this app and see what my account balance is on my Comps, points and Rewards along with any special offers or promotions, but it takes days for it to update. I'm sure they will work the bugs out and when they do I will give it 5 stars.

There are a lot of things I love about this app, but on my Samsung phone my current offers are never updated. Right now my offers are ones from September and October. My husband, on an iphone, doesnt have this issue.

The app will never update correctly. The offers are always at least a month old. I clear the cache and other things suggested and it never helps. I have to uninstall it and install it just to see current offers....unacceptable to not update and have no real way to manually update either.

Just as I expected, the app and actual northern quest Casino are both absolutely perfect! I can log in to the app and see current promotions and upcoming events, concert dates, gaming activities... Everything needed to know to experience what nq has to offer! Northern Quest Casio is the only place I play ,eat, and stay!

Very user friendly; no bugs. Extremely helpful and convenient.

The app won't upload. It's 5/9/19 and says it's reporting for 4/17/19. When I try and log in, the page closes before I even start typing. Not helpful and annoying.

My app does not open. Very frustrating. When you have entries or contest to sign up and you cannot open the app.

There should be maybe additional reward points given if you retrieve them through the app. Or some incentive to having it. I feel its kind of pointless except i can see before i get there if i have reward play. But your mailed postcards also tell me that..

In my Many Travels, I have found that your Resort Casino is the best!! You truly no how to treat your guests.. This place now is our get away place. Thank you Northern Quest for treating us Above and Beyond.. We are just regular folks and we felt like VIP's for sure.. The room was amazing.. #601 if anyone wansts to know.. The outside fire places and sitting area is amazingly beautiful to walk thru at night.. So much to do with all that beauty..

Worst all I have ever used. It never updated, it shows me three month previous info even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It's just slow and will never update.

It is almost January and the app is still showing my offers/rewards for September. I uninstalled it and now I'm going to re install it and see if that helps.
