App stopped working and was told my phone was too old and to get a new phone. Called the bank and was on hold 30 minutes to speak to a person. If you can buy me a new one, I'll take it....you can obviously see I don't have the money to get one.
Something is wrong just today so far. I have a note10+ when i open the app, it's just white. Please fix. Thank you!
It has basic functionality. You can't view a transfer log, or access notes that you enter when making a transfer, making the notes useless. It doesn't update your available balance (or total balance for credit cards) when you have pending transactions or transfers. When I see my available balance, I want to see how much money I have left to spend, not how much money I have PLUS all of the money tied up in pending transactions. That makes the #1 thing that I would use this app for (checking my balance) useless. If I have to look at details and do math to figure my balance out, I might as well keep a paper log.
It used to work with mobile deposits but after the update, it keeps crashing.
Does what I need.
I love the convenience of mobile deposits and checking balances of all of my NSFCU accounts wherever I go. Just another example of the quality of service this bank offers.
This app has a bug that does not allow me to log in...

Have the galaxy s3. It seems to crash all the time now. Can't get it to work at all since last update.
Love that the mobile deposit glitch was fixed!
The new update took away the simplicity of the original alp and still hasn't fixed the camera error for Samsung galaxy s3, 4 and alpha. Haven't tried it on the 5 yet but I'll assume it's a no go on that too.
Everytime I open this app it makes me verify that it's me. We have a joint account and we only use our phone. And everytime we use it we have to constantly verify and our number its linked to my husband's phone so I constantly have to call him to get the verification code. It's annoying what's the point in having a remember me option if it doesn't work. No other bank app does this. Tempted to switch banks if this continues
