Pros: The app is easy to navigate Cons: Since the new update I can't use the back button I takes too long for online transactions to complete. From one NSB account to another has taken as long as 2 hrs for the money to come thru.
This was a great app and very useful to me, it no longer functions at all. i unistalled and reinstalled it and still nothing, not even a secure code to open my account info after a long wait.
App does not work anymore, it use to work but it just stopped, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still will not work. Real bummer please fix the app!!!
Super reliable and easy to navigate! I definitely prefer this app over the couple other banking apps I've used for different banks in the past.
there is no obvious way to make a deposit from a check image. ive been exploring all the menus and it is not found yet.
It's very easy to use. The banking staff is easy to get a hold of through the app. It's be very enjoyable.
app only works if I uninstall and reinstall every time I want to get into my account. why is this happening? need to see my bank account.
Check deposit has camera rotated 90 degrees. Taking a picture of the check is trial and error. Took 35 minutes to deposit one item.
App has all the functionality of the website, plus you can sign in with your phone's biometrics and deposit checks with the camera! Magic!

Unable to see deposit history while doing mobile deposit. Have to pay close attention while capturing images. At times it preloads previous check images for new deposit.
Great experience. Have had no "outages/unavailability" since began using mobile banking a few months ago.

Used to work great no problems, now it either doesn't log in at all or sits on the loading screen forever no matter how many times I try it. Very very frustrating to not be able to use your banking app. Get it together.
