was a great app, then my phone did a system update and the app will no longer open. says the system is temporarily unavailable and to reboot my device. tried that, tried uninstalling and it still will not allow me to open it
it was a great app but then my phone did a system update and now it says temporarily unavailable, reboot your device and try again. I've uninstalled and installed the app and I'm still getting the same message. please fix!
there is a problem with the app it's not loading I've tried uninstall and everything still doesnt work hopefully yall can fix it cause it was faster and easier to use then going to website on my phone
I loved this, it was convenient & easy, I used it everyday! since my phone updated, I can no longer use it! why?????? will the app update, so it can still be used???
Used this app for 5-6 months just fine. Now its telling me my password is incorrect. Which I know isn't true because it let's me log in via home banking. Meh.
The app works well the only thing is that the Credit card available and what has been spent are back words instead of green u should make it red to say this is the amount u spent
All the people at Northland are super super nice and very helpful
Works fine on my phone and tablet, but, after several calls I have been unable to get it to work on my tablet
Was working great, then installed another app for a watch and it stopped working all together.
No photo deposit ability with this app, otherwise, easy to use

Doesn't work when you need it to work. Refuses to login, error code 500.
Downloaded this on a friday and saturday my account was hacked! Along with other people! Never again o this app!

Can't create a mobile account on my own

Only reason I dowloaded this was for the convenience of the mobile deposit. Which is seen as a feature in the photos above. But its not available in the app.
The mobile deposit is gone. Not happy.
It won't let me log in keeps telling me to add my email on the website I did and it still won't let me
Why did you remove the mobile deposits? It is the one reason I stayed with your bank since I live nowhere near a local branch anymore.
What's with all the ⭐one star reviews? This app does everything it's supposed to, Deposit checks, Transfer money, View your accounts, Turn your credit cards off or on. Great app, About the only thing it doesn't do yet, is you can't access credit card info from app, other Credit Unions you can. But I'm sure eventually it will allow that also.
