Not currently available on the tablet app.

No free coffee, but love the time savings for check deposits. Pro tip: northrim will refund up to ten dollars a month in out of network atm fees. Just ask!
My new S7 phone won't ruin the app. It says this app is no longer supported when I log in. Says to download the new app, but the is no newer app.
Galaxy S7 active. App will not let me access my accounts, says i must update, but there is no update available in the Google Play Store. Ridiculous.
Love my banking app, it's so easy to use and I like having the convenience of being able to access my account anytime or anywhere.

Northrim recently sent notice they were updating their system and I assume that is why the app is no longer functioning. Hopefully the new app will be available soon!
Once authorization and authentication are complete everything else just works as it should. It successfully remembers my device without needing to re-authorize multiple times in a day or week as True North's app does. I am half-tempted to ditch True North over their slow and craptastic app.
I moved to Kentucky a year ago. I continue to use this bank. Its a great service even though I'm so far away. I hope nothing changes.
The only problem I have is I get a 5.95 fee for inactive bill pay every month for using the "free" mobile app. Glad the mobile deposit camera was fixed though.
Haven't had to go to the bank since!

Due to the update transition from Northrim. I have not been able to access my accounts, have not been able to locate the updated mobile app, have not been able to go online and sign in via a northrim portal. This is very frustrating and would appreciate some guidance so I may continue managing my accounts.
