Wish I could give a zero stars rating. It works fine until you deposit a check, it fails endlessly... Works 1/10 times. What a damn joke, then you have a signed check and a trip to the bank, useless.

The app is an easy way to check your balance or transfer money into another account. I like using this program because it's easy to navigate. Brenda D H

Had bad experience at first adjusting to lighting but now after using app periodically I really like being able to make deposits with my phone. Get paid after banking hours or on the weekend and no problem. Funds are usually available relatively fast so all in all it's a good app to have. I can check that errand off my list before leaving the house.

Easy to use, intuitive, and I love the mobile deposit feature . ***Update*** This app quit working after their last update in mid-June 2021. To make it work again you have to turn off USB Debugging on your phone in developer options. Not sure why they made that change but it would be nice if they changed it back.

I moved from Omaha where I first signed up with this bank, and continue to use them to this day. They have garnered my trust and I will continue to use them for the forseeable future.

Very convenient, fast and simple to use

App keeps turning off fingerprint log in. Why?

Worse than even a single star rating. A zero! Forcing people to get a new phone to use your app is not right. Especially when the app worked just fine for those of us using android v6. You do not force your customers to upgrade devices because your developer is to lazy to develop for slightly older os versions.

This app was ok at first. Bit now can't get anywhere past the login screen and keeps telling me an error occurred! I'm so annoyed! Might have to change banks since I need to be able to check my bank account when I need to. Bot when the app decides to work.

Very helpful especially now. It's made banking much easier since everything has almost completely or partially shutdown. Being able to get things done with the app has taken at least one problem off of my shoulders.

This situation has reoccurred. Apparently whenrver you upload a revision, it resets. I HAVE CALLED TWICE AND NEITHER PERSON HAD ANY IDEA HOW TO HELP ME OTHER THAN SAYING I HAD TO GO INTO SETTINGS, FIND THE PROBLEM AND TURN IT OFF. It worked great for several years, now it won't open saying it won't work with a certain debugging bridge which I don't even have.

App is complete garbage, works about 10% of the time. Usually have to uninstall and reinstall to use it. It's down for maintenance multiple times a month it seems. Usually the times I really need to use it, it never works.

I've had it with this app lately. It's always down, I can't get in, content error messages! I do a ton of online banking and live out of state so if It can't be more reliable I may need to switch banks

They lie. Calling that toll free number does no good. The just tell you to do stuff that doesn't help. All their advice does nothing to resolve this. Don't waste your time calling, it's an hour to have no solution then be blamed for their issue. 2 months in now and still zero progress, calling their toll free number does no good. They simply don't care that the app doesn't work for most of us. If my boss wasn't friends with the bank owner I'd close accounts and publish their negligence.

App freezes on login screen. Cannot interact with the app at all when this happens, uninstall/reinstall has accomplished nothing. It also tells me that I have no network connection as i edit this review.

Love this app and how easy it is to view all my bank accounts, transfer money between my accounts, and even make my house payments, all within minutes. It also has the deposit checks by picture which makes it nice I don't have to physically go to the bank.

It's come along way in last 2 years! But it's not quite up to par yet. They will give you a loan, then you can't go online and pay that bill with your debit card! All other bills I have in my life is easy to go online and pay the bill. Not here, you must also have an bank account with them to pay your loan quick. Sooooooo back to stone ages I had to order paper checks and mail them a voided check from my account to pay them. HUGE HASSLE!

Easy to use the mobile deposit.

I've used this app for years with no problems. But after I loaded an update this week I haven't been able to get on at all. It won't even start, just says the app has stopped. I see I'm not the only one with this problem either....

Doesn't work. White screen.

Show a white screen for 2 or 3 second before closing down completely. Work fine before updating. If I knew the update would do this I wouldnt have updated. Now i cant even revert to an older workable version.

The app opens maybe once every 5 times I try to use it. The app will go for extended periods telling me that it can't validate my login. Please get this fixed its very annoying, the app is very unstable

Occasionally get an error when opening app. Just have too close out and re-open. Not a big deal. Otherwise super easy too use and works great.

App is great and then you are forced to update and it loses all your login information and you can't login again. Their has to be a way to update without loosing all your login credentials.

I just got the new Samsung S22 Ultra and this app won't even open on my new phone! This is really bad since there are no NW Bank branches in our town. I may have to switch banks since I can no longer use mobile deposit or access my accounts on my phone.
