Garbage. I have a paid subscription but i cant even login. Worst customer support ever. The Norton Agent/representative's name is Tauseef Khan. The agent kept giving me the run-around saying I need to contact third parties that have absolutely nothing to do with my account. I don't recomend using any Norton products, apps or services to anyone. Garbage apps and garbage representatives.
The app has stopped working. It loads my account and attempts to connect to a VPN and after two or three seconds the app closes. All of my passwords are saved here and are no longer accessable.
Opposes somebody else pay for it it's nice but when it's time to pay the piper and some more irritating than the software is supposed to get rid of. Always thought I was bad form for the software that supposed to get rid of irritating software to be irritating itself. Not that I don't admire the company they've been around since what 90s publicly if not sooner so at the same time I would have to say they are trendsetter.
I download it and try to sign it, I couldn't sign it nor creating a new account, when I called Norton customer service they transfer me another department(technical department),I spoke to lot of technician and they couldn't fixed my problem. Waste of time. I hope norton they can remove it google app or do something.
Garbage ... keeps saying my name and phone number don't match provider records. That's BS, I'm already a paying Norton customer. I should know my own name and phone, and my provider certainly bills me monthly. And, Norton already knows my name and phone number are accurate. What nonsense. Considering other security options and deleting this app.
Won't let me log in. Tells me my carrier isn't listed. 🤨 I've received a response and sent a screen shot of the error. We'll see what happens. Stay tuned.
Every morning, I have to kill all the Norton Apps, then reboot my phone. One (or more of the 5 Norton phone apps) keeps my phone from accessing the internet w/ web browsers. Stupidly slow.
Words can't explain the weight lifted off my shoulders from days and days and days of constant anxiety that has just been released due to the support system and backing Norton has made me feel. You feel the seriousness their security blanket allows you to feel immediate comfort and relaxation. I think I can now start up my l business
I downloaded the program and answered my phone number like in the instructions, and my phone number did not match the carrier was the error that the app kept repeating. my cell phone number does not match cell phone carrier
I can't even get it to work because it says it can't sync with vault. I deleted vault and it still says that. What's the point if you can't even get it started.
It sounds interesting but I can't get it to work. Everytime I go through the validation process I get a server error.
has privicy setting problems conveniently enough. wont regester cause my cricket account name is different from what enterd in app
Couldn't setup an account, apparently my phone number that I've had for years is somehow invalid.
Awesome app...I think its pretty secure and protects one's privacy.

How about an update Norton ...? The app closes automatically when selecting Messages or Emails option. The app is now stuck on an email tab and auto closes on opening... CRASHING consistently. So the idea is there, app worked fine when I installed it, setup, and used for about a week. Now it's just a space taker and virtual paper weight. Let's get an update and I can help out by sending you logs or other diagnostics for this issue particular issue if necessary. I want to see this app successful
