Great customer service live the tellers and the app is very useful could use more features like transferring to other places as this only offers transfer between accounts..Revised..updates make it not work and constant crashes
It was confusing at first, but all I had to do was pick up the phone and Norway Savings Bank staff easily brought me through it. I give the app ⭐⭐ ⭐ Employees get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I hate that when I actually save my login it doesn't save. I can never actually see how much money is in my account.

No response on screen. I've had no trouble with it for a while but this week it stopped responding - even after uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone... All other apps work fine. Update 9/7: no help from bank and app still doesn't work even if reinstalled. In process of switching banks. Update 9/10 to developer - yes they left one message a week later and I called back another week later and they couldn't help me, on hold with endless testimonials & ads. They never tried again, nor I.
This app has proven very useful and well-scripted despite being made by a smaller local bank. I would give it 5 stars, but I've had a few scary moments when I wasn't able to make an internal transfer due to the app being down (not a data or poor service issue). I look forward to giving this a full 5 Star review in a year or so of averaging out my experience, because this app is definitely improving!
This app used to work fine on my old phone. Now I have a new S22 and it doesnt work at all. Ive treid reinstalling it and it never gets past the white logo greeting. Really frustrating because this is how I manage my bank accounts. It hasnt been working for weeks. I wish they would fix it
Since the recent update it doesn't work at all!!!!!!
I've edited my original review because the two issues I had have been corrected. They had someone call me when I noted an issue here and was able to resolve it easily- they were super helpful and friendly. As for the app, it's easy to use and clear to understand. I can do everything I need to, just like on the website. 👍
I've been banking with NSB for almost 25 years. The app had always been great then about 3 days ago it just stopped working. I've Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 5 times now and still nothing. It never gets past the opening screen with the norway savings logo. Very very frustrating.
Horrible. It used to work ok then it started to freeze all the time and I called NSB about and and there answer was to uninstall and reinstall. That worked but I had to do it apart anytime I wanted to use the app. This last time I uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't work at all. Done. So frustrated. Now I have to drive to a bank in order to deposit a check.
Since the latest update I can't access at all on Android
Since the last update, I can no longer use the app. It crashes before it can even load. I have restarted my phone and done several uninstalls and reinstallings. Nothing works. Just going to get rid of the app. Keeping it is just going to cause more issues with my phone.
If you're a business customer I don't think you're going to be too thrilled with the capabilities. For example, you will be unable to use your debit card for services outside the US. Special approval is required to ACH funds to someone. When you receive a text alert it will tell you the amount but it won't tell you who was paid so you will need to login to understand the transaction. The app would also send me four alerts for every transaction so that was irritation. Amateur.
The app allows me the freedom a college student needs to survive away from home. Just make sure you have a good internet connection as the app can be picky connecting... Or maybe it just needs to be able to handle more traffic? Anyways its better than most of my apps.
I love that I can easy and immediately access my accounts. And it is so so easy to transfer money, pay my bills, and check my notifications. However sometimes my alerts don't work and that is frustrating.
Same automated clicking issue others have mentioned. The app just started doing this last month and I've thoroughly reveiewd the app permissions and setting on my phone to ensure nothing is interfering with it.
This app has been awesome ever since I rejoined Norway Savings Bank. Only problem I've had is my 1st mobile deposit took 4/5 days for the check to clear and it was a Norway Savings Bank check. We'll see how it goes as I just attempted to do another very similar mobile deposit!
I used to love the app.... But suddenly it stopped working about a week ago. It won't even open anymore. Very frustrating especially when I prefer to do mobile deposits & can't from the website.
Super easy banking on my old Samsung S10. App does not work at all on my new S22 ultra. Hangs at the initial white screen with the bank logo. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.
Not working on my new s22 ultra. Just getting the white screen with the logo... I just fixed this by going into the app settings and allowing the app to have access to my camera etc.
