I like the label option with the different colors, it's one of the reasons I've been using this app for over 5 years with a complex category system. Firstly, I miss an automatic backup to a cloud system. If the phone breaks or gets stolen you can't retrieve the data, except from the last export you have done manually. Secondly, I miss marking options like bold or underlining in the text field.

Was looking for a perfect note app from yesterday. Installed and uninstalled hundreds of app until I just came across this app. Everything is just right i.e lightweight, minimalist and completely glitch-free BUT with few major flaws. It can't automatically backup my notes to external memory nor I can manually export to SD card which means if my phone wishes to suddenly die, I lose all my precious contents. I wanted to support a fellow Indian developer but too risky to invest my notes in this.

Really love the tag colours we can put and the simple and easy to use interface. Really love this app. Great work by the developer 😊

I've been using Note Me for several years. It was a satisfactory app for keeping up with things I want to remember and checklists. I don't know how to back it up, though. Some of you, smarter than me, will want to figure something out, though. I just lost those several years of notes while trying to delete a single entry. I could find no "Undo" button and no other way to recover my info. As the developer requests an email before I write a negative review, I emailed the address above 10 or more days ago asking for help. I have received no reply, and assume my data is gone forever (unless I run for public office; then, of course, someone will figure out how to get to it). I'm in the process of finding a different app. Carefully.

A most useful notes app. I used this app years ago, and it was a favourite. Elegant, clever, efficient design. I just rediscovered it. It's good to see it's still being developed.

Have been using this app for years. Recently wanted to search for some keywords within a note, and found that currently there is no such function. Please consider adding a search function within a note.

Great app - wish it would automatically transfer over using Samsung Smart Switch, when updating handset. If this feature was available I would have given 5*

you have to add backup and restore option

I hate all the empty space, I want full screen. UPDATE: APP IS DEAD. CAN'T USE OLD VERSION BECAUSE OF DATES BUG. Review: Tried the new update had to revert AGAIN to old version 1.7! Make top and bottom bars BLACK NOT GREY, and much thinner! The top and bottom bars take up half my screen. There should be no bars on the notes page, just the note, and swipe to get the side menu. Home page no longer shows two lines of notes, just one. Seems to be a lot of features removed. Used to be my favorite!!

For people transferring your old notes to a new phone... make sure the apps are the same versions before importing notes. It may shut down the app if they are not the same. You may need to do a backup of your current version and install it to the new phone. Then after the notes have been properly imported, you may update the app.

Perfect note taker and organiser. Simple to use, works wonderfully well. STILL use it every day after many years. Devs still respond VERY quickly to emails & suggestions. Keep on keepin' on, guys. 👍 HTC U12+

The app can't export more than 20 notes (I have 100s). Means I'll loose hundreds of important notes captured over several years when I have to migrate to a new phone in June 17. Without the ability to export, this is not usable. Apart from that critical blocker, I had liked it.

I liked this app,but while resetting the phone forgot to export all my notes, the developer should have given the facility to chose Backup folder for SD Card as well not just only Internal space. Looking for some better app now.

Great start.. Really like fast set of alarm (it works like snooze to) I wish the rows/notes was more compact. Export needed.

Though I loved this app but somehow I deleted all my notes when I mistakenly selected all notes from list and deleted it...is there any way to recover then back...I did took an backup few days back...also do it backup everything while it update app so I can get my data from that date..pls help !!

Great but why has the view screen been ruined by those lines? They should be removable at the least!

Simple and reliable note keeping app

I chanced happily on this note app & I am thankful I did. This amazing program can do just about anything and does it smoothly, cleanly and without FCs or battery drain. Its clean UI is the nicest I've seen. It's fresh, readable and instantly lets you know the status of your actions. The features keep coming & this app is simply the best Note application available for the Android platform. Superb support of a great app! Nuff Said!!!

Simplicity, customazation, user interface, legibility is good. All basic options inclusive.

This is a great app.

It's simple and easy to practice. It's brilliant to back up all the notes in one device then restore to other devices. BUT there is one function lacked, the notes should be able to protect by password.
