This is the best app of this genre. Exactly what I was looking for. It's a bit rough on the edges but the functionality is all there. Bought the full version. Development ideas: -Ability to limit the length of a session, so it comes to an end at some point and doesn't just keep scrolling indefinitely, and gives you a cute score percentage at the end or something -Stick some elevator music on the background Both optional in the settings of course.
Very nice app. Works great with my digital piano. Worth paying for the bass clef. It would be great to see the actual number of correct or incorrect notes and the total number of notes played rather than only a percentage. Also to see random notes on the staff to be played that don't move (as if playing real sheet music) and once played, to change all the notes. Chords would be nice too. I hope the author will read our suggestions and make it even better.
Love this app. 5 stars. After using this app for several months, I do know what would be an incredible improvement: give the user the ability to limit the interval range. It would be really cool if the user could, for example, limit 80% of incoming notes to be within 7 halftones of the prior note. Still, 5 stars though. I downloaded this app to learn how to read sheet music, and it has consistently improved my skill level.
Absolutely fantastic app worth every penny to buy. By far the best note learning app for key board I have tried and no advertising. The midi connection is rock solid on android and allows the use of a real piano keyboard that takes the learning aspect to another level. The only improvement I would like to see is the app ported to chrome on PC. Tyler Pantuso' suggestion to limit the range of a % of the notes would help with finger indepence. This program will help you learn to read music faster. I think the program should carry a timer. There is a flaw in the program it don't show you the correction when you make an error. If you make a mistake the prorgrm just tells you wrong no options to show you the correct notes to learn. Hence I reduce the stars to two.
This app is great for someone like me having trouble reading notes fast enough. Anyone complaining about paying $2 for this app has issues. A piano book costs much more than this and I have improved in just 3 days. My note reading is getting much better. I usually don't comment that much on my reviews but this app deserves it.
Can't get the Start Button displayed - something's buggy with the ui - seemed to be a full screen option, which isn't toggleable under options - ok, after disabling the zoom mode from standard to tiny, it seems to work
I find this app very helpful in learning notes and octaves. I appreciate how it gives you more of the notes that you miss so you can learn them. Great app for piano beginners like me!
Very useful app. I wish it would be optional to use the Mic and a piano or other musical instrument instead of inputting the notes on the keyboard
This app has certainly improved my reading ability. The key is to practice each day even if only for a few minutesand the results are pleasing. Thank you.
Great app. Clean interface, easy to use. Especially good if you connect to a midi piano then you can practise sight reading with a real piano keyboard
Very nice but it would be better if I did not play infinitely and you could compare and see your progress! Better to have a 5-minutes or 3 minutes practice time to aim for. Piano Note Trainer is better.
I am a piano teacher and I use this app in my classes. It is really a great way to improve reading amd has lots of functions to change for each student
The best I've used for sight reading. I tried more than 20! I use the midi function with my digital piano (any midi keyboard will do), works great I also bought it after a week, cheap and worth it!
Awesome app the only thing I don't like is having the keyboard at the bottom it just visually annoying (I'm using an external keyboard MiDi)
Downloaded to help learn bass clef notes for cello (esp highest/lowest ones) and you have to pay to unlock that entire clef. Like how did you go through the process of making this whole app and then decide to put the useful part of it for so many bass clef using musicians behind a paywall? Y'all ever heard of ads??
Worth the price. Been on and off playing piano the past months and I've always went back to this app as a refresher for knowing the piano notes.
Simple program aimed for one thing - teaching you notes. And it does it exremely good. in-app purchase is inexpensive and worth its price.

Absolutely best Note-Reading Self-Learning app. You can select range of notes to practice reading, expand as you master the first set.. great app ! 1000 stars ! I paid the $2.39 to upgrade both hands so worth it... It's one cup of coffee! Best App
Not teaching you the notes, then test you. Just starts scrolling notes across the screen as if you already know them. Not a true beginners app!
Best one so far for guitarists. Great for sight reading. Most other apps only focus on piano.this one does it all. Thank you

It's good but it don't help with other notes of the instruments only one. hard to learn when it's just a piano kayboard.
Great app. £1.59 is a bargain. Having the option for chords, would be my only suggestive improvement.
Really good I play guitar and this is helping me read along with my course work it has defiantly pushed my speed right up and the great thing is you can go as fast or slow as you like
It's a good app. I used it a lot. But It suffers for not displaying multiple notes or chords; not having a progression bar, or specify exercises. It's just some notes appearing on the screen. It's too bad, at the beginning it's very helpful, but the lack of options or additional tools made me regret my choice for something more complete.
