Notebook - Take Notes, Sync

I've been using this notebook for a few months and I really prefer it to other notebook aps. It's simple without being simplistic. I love the fact that I can synchronise seamlessly with Windows. Zoho offers a Windows app and there are no ads anywhere. It has a very attractive interface that is designed to help you be organized and enjoy using the app. I also love their email platform, which is so much more than email.

I super love this app. I use this for my school works and It's pretty cool. It's just simple and minimalist. I didn't encounter any bugs so far that made me love this app more. I just suggest to have a tool for highlighting some text and the availability to change the size of the certain word. Also, I hope you could make a folder where the notebooks are included to make it more organized for someone like me who use it for schoolworks. Continue to improve this app! Kudos! 💛💛

This is a great app, since I can't use Notion properly on mobile, this is by far the best alternative! I like the features of being able to add tables, images and many more, plus the link to other notes is simply amazing, it makes my notes a lot organized. Just one feature I would like to request, and this would be the best note taking app ever, PLEASE PUT A TOGGLE FUNCTION! where I could create outlines and options to hide notes so I could do active recall! That's all, overall great app!

Have used this app close to a year now. It's seamlessness and simplicity makes it a choice 5 star app and would not hesitate recommend it to a friend. However, a major flaw repeatedly experienced is with website links. When i paste link(s) on old or new note, 90% of the time, syncing fails, especially when done via Android. May (or may not) work 1st or 2nd time but eventually, more links you add, sync completely fails, corresponding PC copy becomes outdated 😠😠. Please fix.

I've been using this app for a while and it's pretty decent. Here are a few suggestions. It would be great to add a feature that allows us to make straight lines. Furthermore, paper templates (lined, graphed, dotted grid, etc) may be added to have neatly digital-handwritten notes. UPDATE 1: It would be amazing to add the annotation and OCR scan text features for pdfs :)

2 suggestions: a. Add the ability to remember the position of the note when I leave. b. Please, add OCR support (it enhances the search capability). Then, it's a 5 star for sure. Edit (for latest update): The images in the notes cannot be annotated and zoomed anymore. This app is going downward. I really liked the app, but it's forcing me out. Reply: I already emailed you and it was opened by 1 of you as well, but didn't get a reply. Thanks.

This is the most perfect Notebook App I have ever used. Completely switched to it. When there is conflict in versions of PC edit & mobile edit of a note, it shows all the versions & let me choose the correct version. This is a great feature, thank you zoho team so much for creating such a wonderful notebook app.💯💯💯💯

I shifted frm samsung, mi notes to this app primarily because of free syncing part. The best part of this app is it's completely free with all the miscellaneous features. My only gripe is with the clunky UI with delayed touched response and sometimes irresponsive. Hope this will be fixed in a new update.

Love this app and all its features but on occasion it stops functioning properly, such as, added pictures will lock up a note and make it impossible to access. Or an added table will just disappear. When it works properly, its a great app.

This is a great for sharing links of my favourite websites and creating reminders as well as to-do lists. I would like to have more control of the amount of days a reminder goes off on my device, like from 7 days to 5 days for example. Overall it's a cool notebook.

This is genuinely the best notes app. It does all the unecessary organizing for you. You can customize the notebooks and the notes are color coded. It even syncs with your phone. As someone with ADHD and struggling with taking notes, this truly helps.

Love everything about Notebook. Only downside is I can't get the custom. Covers to always sync correctly. I did learn they had to be jpeg. But even when I got them to sync they can change notebooks. If you don't care about custom covets it's the easiest to use and simplest note app hands down. They look like sticky notes but can easily be viewed as journal or notebook pages instead, don't limit yourself to the perceived form factor.

I have been using this app for 6 months or so It worked alright across platforms but was always a little glitchy from time to time. I noticed that I had lost a bunch of my notes on the mobile version but they were still there on my PC. After uninstalling and reinstalling I can't log back in. Google won't let me log in due to the app not complying with Google security. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

𝕎𝕠𝕨. 𝓦𝓸𝔀. The amount of features and customization options that comes with this FREE app is amazing. It reminds me of a mini Microsoft Word. But cuter and totally free. You can instert tables.

well , almost perfect we really need to be able to upload our own font and change colors please also you could add one of the notebooks to be a chat with ourselves for fast share between devices or at least be an option when we share or copy files , because when I copy a file and a lot of apps show up you're not one of them

Occasional slowdowns & very rare freezes aside, this is a fabulous app. I love the organization and customization. For a free app, it's very impressive! I've downloaded it to every phone, for years.

This is most preferable thing I would suggest anyone who loves to write or makes notes. This is simply awesome..no trouble, there is a phrase I would like to say about simple yet beautiful, although I haven't explored it's complete feature because it was already fulfilling my needs but it has much more things than expected. Also I would like to apologise to developers that I didn't review it yet because I thought I did but I just saw it today and did it right away.🥰

Love this app, I get to share with my other devices. Simple to use. Works as. Design, I personally have not had any issues with the notebook. Zoho is a great company they have several apps, that works perfectly for a small business like ours and they don't inflate their cost making it affordable for us small businesses. Thank You Zoho

If you add a note in the middle, the notes flip to the end. There has been a problem with more confusing notes. Switching to another application would be a huge effort 😡

I have a lot of minor complaints - it has to sync before searching works, tagging is a pain, pasting from the web produces a lot of extra spaces. And with all that, it works and works well and I use it constantly. Import from Evernote worked beautifully (though set color to white first!), and now this is my primary note keeper. Four and a half stars, really.

It's an excellent app for compartmentalizing your notes subjectwise or any other way you like. The only problem is that quite often it stops, and you cannot find your notes unless you report the malaise. I had to report twice within a span of 3 months to get it working. This problem, if sorted out, is sure to make it number one among its rivals.

In term of features; this app is 10/10 no doubt.. Then why the 2 starts? The optimizations is terrible, super buggy it can't run in the background keep crashing and worst of all you can't scroll down a note *Update review to 5 stars I've contacted the support and they were very responsive thankfully, their solution about not able to scroll is which to update 'Android Webview' and it worked!

Take nicely formatted notes, add attachments, create shopping lists with checkboxes, categorize & search notes easily, access your notes on Android/iOS-powered cell phone, on a PC or on any device with a modern browser. These all make Zoho notebook one of my favorite apps for everyday use. I started to use it as a replacement for Evernote (became more sluggish by each update) 2 years ago. It has a feature to import notes from Evernote; worked perfect for me. The app is fast. Great support team.
