Notepad

I use this app all the time. It is simple but that's a great feature. You type and save. I would ask developers to work on two things. 1. An option in the preferences to auto save the note. There has been many times when I've been typing and I accidentally shut down the app only to lose all work I didn't save. 2. A share function would be great.

Great, works as intended and no anoying ads!!! Only one small issue, if you press back to exit, the menu gives an option to cancel. Pressing cancel should only close the menu but it closes the whole app and causes you to lose the current progress. I'd recommend the following three buttons: SAVE - Saves and exits, EXIT - Exits without saving and CANCEL - Only closes the menu and keeps the app open. Please consider changing this...

this is the perfect for making lists, quick notes, or need a scratch pad. I've used it for drafting text for email or forms. My favorite use is car information like tire size, bulb and filter numbers, dates when parts were replaced. when I change phones this app is one of the first to be installed. not a similar app...this app.

A nice simple app that is good to use. But there is no way to export notes that you have saved. So, having changed phones I now have to start all over again. The ability to export notes is a simple option that is quite important for an app of this kind.

I like the dark scheme, which works well in overbright areas and at night. Very readable for my ageing eyes. But I'm just testing the app, I really need a simple notepad for quickly jotting down ideas, like I used to have on the older and better versions of Windows 95 to Windows 7. I used to script my own apps but I'm ageing and losing both interest and concentration after having developed applications ever since the 80s. I'm keeping this app on my old Samsung for testing purposes.

Very nice app. Exactly what I need as it opens very first with no unnecessary loadings, however there should be a search button where i can search for keywords of my saved notes when i need them. I have made a lot of notes and at times scrolling through the whole saved notes in search of one when i need it can be a task. Will edit to 5 stars when you include a search button.

This is my favorite notepad app, I especially like that you can lock certain notes (for example any personal info, codes, passwords) with a password. However, please consider the following: Autosave and saving Without closing the current note. Please add an option for creating folders.

One of my favorite apps! I've had it on multiple phones. It's simply a digital notepad, helpful anytime you want to jot something down! It has a clean & easy to use design. No ads, no Wi-Fi, and no bugs. Essential for the note-taker person!

What kind of editor DOES NOT SAVE TEXT ALREADY ENTERED BUT NOT YET SAVED? If that screen is left (e.g., to find important info for the text) and returned to THERE IS NOTHING THERE. Why not save under some default name like "DOC1.TXT"?? Or at LEAST, PROMPT the unsuspecting user with "SAVE OR DISCARD?" I used this once. It's bad enough that it doesn't support Selection, Cut/Copy, and Paste normally and that any paste operation scrolls to the bottom of the text, but with no Autosave I'm outta here.

Best notepad on here for what I use notepads for. I have tons of different notes, different songs, and this never slows down, no matter how much I write in each individual note. I just wish there was a "pin to top" option at least. An auto-export would be nice too, but the option to pin to top would 5 stars out of me.

Great app, simple, smooth. However, an autosave feature will come in handy. I was in tight situation and lost all my notes :( I understand it's human error but still fatal. 4 stars

Very good and simple app, but please please make a way to back up or share them all to be able to transfer them to a new phone. I have tens of notes but now that I've changed my phone I can't transfer them (all at once).

A simple effective Notepad app that works well for me. An import/export feature for multiple notes would be a useful addition I would happily pay more for, especially when moving/upgrading phones, but I can get by without. Спасибо, Антон!

Awesome app, been using for years. The only complaint is the ease at which a note can be deleted. I deleted notes & not even knowing it until going look for it. A simply touch swipe of pen/ finger can delete a note. But the best otherwise & searching for another app

Would be a great notepad app if not for one problem: the app the not automatically save what you type. You have to click the "save" button. Even if you briefly switch to another app, whatever you wrote will be lost unless you clicked "save".

The only thing I can think of that's REALLY annoying is that I can't search for anything specific that I have on it Here's an example: if I did a lot of note-like stuff on it, I select one. However, there's a lot of info that I put down on that part and I want to find something specific for that section of notes, but I cannot because there is no search option for the sections

you guys should add a backup and restore option in your next update...and also add and option to save text files to internal storage so we can restore them later. Also add an HTML viewer option in your next update as well.

App does not have proper group pernissions on android 10. The user does not "own" the note files. It doesn't really make text files. No other features. Seems sketch. Avoid.

I just hate it that when I change my phone, I export all my notes but when I opened it in my new phone, it failed.. so I used my old phone but the same thing happened, it failed.. so I ended up losing all my notes, take note.. it was a stories I made that result me to delete all my ongoing stories because I like massive updates and every story, I've made 5 chapters before uploading it.. I lost interest in making my following stories.. so much money lost, so.much effort and so.much time..

I am using this constantly and it has never let me down thanks Anton I emailed the developer but he didn't have the courtesy to reply! I wanted to back up! Too late now I lost 2 years of notes I don't recommend this app any longer ☹️

I lost my hundred of links that I copy one to one from website than pasted on it... Just simply touch your screen button back all gone like a windblown #-&#&@6$+3(!!!

I locked an important folder with password and now I can't open it. I am putting in the right password every time but I still can't open the file. Please help. There should have been some function to sort this problem.

Simple app. Would be good if you add auto save features. Few times lost my text

Great for storing notes. But can't export or import notes to another media do if you're looking for the latter then this app is not for you.

Still the best notepad app on the playstore. Other notepads dont autosave or remove the newline characters. Great job
