I like this application, but it has a some issues: 1) Firstly, whenever I have one of the notes open & decide to navigate away from it to either another app &/or the home screen the notes automatically closes and I have to click back on it to open it back up. 2) this big, annoying, blurry (old-fashioned looking) image of the application's logo appears whenever I click on it to open it. 3) The functions of BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINE, STRIKE THROUGH, etc., are NOT available with this app -- as is the case with about 99% of the rubbish Notes & Notepad apps here on the Mobile Google Play Store -- so I spent practically FOREVER trying to find an app that DID have those functions... and I FINALLY did, and it's called Weekly Notepad with the green notebook as its logo image. The Weekly Notepad app was JUST what I needed to replace the QuickMemo+ note-taking app from my old LG smartphone & tablet, an important feature that is missing from my current new 5" Motorola Moto e4 smartphone. Looks as though this is the case of me having to kiss MANY, many Frogs & Toads b/f I'd FINALLY found The One that (at LAST) became a prince!
I really like and use this app heaps but it would be even better if it had a lock button on it so I can keep all my notes safe.

Update 5 years later STILL the best notepad app ever, the developer even responded when I had an issue. This is the very first app I download anytime I upgrade and replace my device and here I am again redownloading thank you for this notepad Simple, worth the 99cents for no ads, and developer is very friendly and provides lightning fast responses, all in all, best app experience ever! P.s. if ads ever come back, contact the developer! They will help you fix it in a breeze and for free :)

It is not at all user friendly; takes way too much time to enter/edit notes. Many many many upgrades will make it efficient for use.
WAY TOO MANY ADDS!!!!! I just want to take notes becuase my phone doesrnt have it, and i shouldnt have to exit out of an add

Thought it was as shown. I went to make a statement and it only allowed me to do it on yellow paper with lines.
Absolutely a waste of time. Do not download this app. It deleted every single note I had made and I lost everything because their software doesn't work.

First Thing Here many Times Given that App is secured With Finger Print Scanner..But here I don't from where to use this feature & the first Question Mark is stand here only...No need to tell Rest...
It was doing fine until the Walgreens ad starting blaring music. The problem I have is I had my speaker off. I understand free apps have ads but they don't have to be loud and annoying
This is a simple easy to use app. I've used it for a few years on various phones. I keep lists for different things. Also I use it to compose text to copy and paste to forums. That way I can review and make changes before posting. And not accidentally submit a post before I'm ready.
