Notepad - Text Editor

This app fills the basic needs of uploading and downloading text, in my case from mobile to PC. Nothing in this world is free and I have no problem with the ads every once in a while considering I won't constantly be dependent on it 24/7. Overall, this app is organized and helpful. (If you have to use things like this a lot consider getting the "Pro" version, which can probably satisfy you at that point)

I had this app for quite a while however as of earlier this year, the program launches full screen ads (back button becomes disabled. The only option is the close button) when this program is not in use. I had to install an ad tracker app in order to discover that notepad is responsible for the random pop ups (ygmt and others) that would take control of my phone. Sure enough I had to uninstall. Very dissapointed.

Just typed a long text document. Accidentally pressed 'back', and it asked me if i wanted to save, and the options it gave me were 'save' or 'cancel'. I chose cancel as I didn't want to exit. However, 'cancel' in this case actually meant 'no'; as in 'exit without saving'. So I lost everything. Incredibly misleading and frustrating.

Satisfied with the use of the app,but kindly develop the app in a way such that it will not go to the starting point of the reading content when we usually pause the reading or minimize the app. If we read any text or a subject after pause ,it usually goes to the top.It couldn't able to pause the reading paragraph while we have stopped the reading point and after that when we start it goes again top of the content.. Except everything is ok and familiar..

This is a very good text app You can write your notes. Save and retrieve and edit. This app doesn't automatically capitalise first word in a sentence which can be a little annoying. Sometimes whilst editing you can't stroll so have to press back key to scroll. This app is much better than others.

As much as I've enjoyed using this app over the last year or so, I find the need to FORCE random full screen ads on us a little too much. It's incredibly inconvenient and should not be allowed. Until such time as this particular feature is removed from the app, I will have to find an alternative.

Terrible!! I have made a to do list and saved it on the memory SD card within a carpet I created. It would not fiund it!! After searching for a while with the LG My Files app I did found it and confirmed it exists. I will uninstall it. Besides I got tired of all the pop up advertising fron it!!!

Too many ads for what this does...come on, devs, wise up. Folder and file names should also not allow new-line characters, and this is the only app I know that legitimately allows this to happen. I'll keep looking for another text editor.

A very good app! It serves my needs well. I just wish the circle on the bottom right of the page wasn't so big. It gets in the way at times, causing me to have to turn the phone sideways, inorder to finish writing my notes!

It's a good app because the note you make is like a single file which you can acces using any file manager. You can save your notes in any folder using a file manager. It makes plain and simple notes and I like it.

This app is like a real notepad like in PC. The auto-capitalization maybe annoying but good. I like the cleaner look,It's work a File Manager. Also good for coding. I like this application. It's recommended to use on your phone. It's light text editor.

This app is amazing. I really love it because there was at least all features like computer. But I want say to the developer that they try to do all features like computer like background images, background video, background audio etc.

Like any notepad is suppose to be; unlike others that only personalize and you have to keep the app to read the saved document and can't export it. This is a must have.

Liked the app. Would be fantastic if preferences had an option to select a default folder to open every time the app opens.

This is the best text editor by far. I will love if you updated it with some small bugs but other than all, this is the best app for editing texts! I LOVE IT

suppose I could have rate this app below 1. All my collected notes, which i was saving for more then two years, changed into BLANK files. I am very much diappointed with this app.

Fabulous and Best app I have ever used. It even gives us a speech reader. Please download this app and you can even copy and paste Google or internet text. I love this app. Thank you for developing such an app.

Easy to use. Was able to save the documents to my Drive using my Android phone with no problems which proved so useful. A great app.

First 'Editor' I've run across that does Not permit creating a New Document. Literally ONLY Edits PreExisting documents. Seems Odd to me. Oh well, there's plenty more to search through.

The best one to keep your ideas in touch. It great works within cloud storages and has comfortable UI.

too many ads. most with annoying audio. there are better free text editors out there.

Save doesn't work and can't turn off word wrap. this makes the app useless for editing files.

A good app except the button to make a new document doesn't work with Google Talkback. If the developer were to fix this I would gladly rate 5 stars.

Sudden problem with the paste function. I can't press the screen to paste text from the clip tray.

Uninstalled after it used 2GB of my data in the background, haven't even opened it in months. Something dodgey going on there. Beware.

There are always ads & I can't turn them off or by the damn thing to turn them off. Real garbage. I'm going to uninstall it
