Notification Access Settings Shortcut

Well I think it's not meant to help when you're android says notification access is not available.its just a short cut.but I didn't really see any ads and it downloaded smoothly.but it doesn't really help me so I'm deleting it

I am a Itel Android User and i really see this app for Shortcut on Notification but there have some problem in Notification Access it says Not Available in my Android 9 ver. Phone Itel cause its Nothing in there and Not available at my Android, so i Delete this app and plz HeLP and Fix this dear Developer😭😭😭😭😭.
