Notification Blocker & Cleaner & Heads-up Off

I only have two complaints: (1) sometimes THE JUNK DRAWER DISAPPEARS for no apparent reason and I can't tell that I have ignored notifications; (2) I've programmed it not to block Google Drive notifications, yet all notifications from Google Drive are being filed as "junk notifications". Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do (stop social media and those non-ignorable notifications Samsung forces down our throats from clogging the notifications pane) well and for free.

This app is fantastic. It blocks all notifications from any or all apps you want and its not super annoying with the notification. The only issue i found is sometimes if you block messages from any messaging app, the app will still show the message but for a shorter time. I guess its because it has to know if it should block the messages or not and it takes it a second to read it. Overall i love it. Ive had it on all three of my phones.

Exactly what I needed. After my phone did a software update, I was no longer able to block all notifications with one tap. Now I can with this app, but this app is even better because it doesn't just block the notifications - it keeps them all in a tidy list for you to review when you actually want to. I am so much less distracted by notifcations now. Thank you.

Love this cleaner! I've been with Clean Master for years and was always satisfied with there service. It got to the point that the ads just bombard you. I understand you got to pay the bills but damn......... When you run off long time users. Anyway I tried many cleaner apps before I found this one. None really did what they said..... But yours is perfect. There's ads but that is to be expected. Simple and easy to use. Really works. Keep up the good work. Hope we have a long partnership.

Straight dope. I use it to catch everything but texts and phone calls. that way I can just check my notifications, emails, etc twice a day and not get bogged down. You can manage these same things per each app, but this is way better and easier. And I like that it doesnt block them, it just collects them in one out of the way place. App has worked flawlessly so far. Turned my phone back into a tool and not a ball and chain that I carry. Would recommend.

Works like a charm. Can choose which apps to block notifications from and that works great. Only bug I've observed now with over 4000 notifications blocked but not cleaned is, if a large number of notifications are collected, there is a glitch in the sequence of display - these don't appear by date/time at the top, but somewhere in the middle. Also, the change View button in too right next to Settings does not seems to work quite well.

This app is great! It works as described and is perfect for decluttering the notifications while not having to turn them off all together. I paid the premium and the extra features are worth it while also supporting the devs. I do have one complaint though and it's that the notification theme does not auto switch to match system (i. e. the notification remains white while in dark mode). Please add a feature to auto switch that would be great! Thanks!

So far so good. This app works well & does ecactly what it says it does. I no longer get excessive notifications while using this app & it is very customizable. I recommend giving it a try if you are like me & dont want pointless notificaions bombarding your phone. On top of that I have seen no ads to speak of.

Excellent app overall. Great job of bundling all task bar notifications and let's me know via 1 simple message. I can easily see and navigate into any one of the notifications. Once cleared of messages it removes itself until the next new notification appears. Very helpful and has cleaned up my Taskbar greatly. Great to remove the notification of apps wanting to push you notices you don't need to see. Highly recommend and will use on all my Android devices now.

Only been using it for about 2 hours now but I'm very happy with it. I've recently been spammed like crazy and receive loads of junk notifications (about 100/hr!). The previous app I used would only block 30%of the spams and after I restarted my phone, it wouldn't even block anything AT ALL! But this app is the real McCoy. It blocks EVERYTHING. You just have to go check if some useful notifications were not blocked as well but quite frankly, I'm not bothered at all with that. So THANK YOU!

This app does exactly what it says it does, no fuss, no muss, ads or not. Find it adding up the some 200 notifications it stops per day [for me] in the notification area and delete them all and move on in no more than 2 short steps. It will even ask you what to do [include or not] upon the install of any new app. This one is well designed with the end user in mind. I think I will donate!

Used to be amazing - one of my favourite apps - until recently I've been unable to clear the list of blocked notifications. Neither 'clean' from the status bar or 'clean all' from within the app works. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't help, it didn't even clean the list of blocked notifications! They were all there again when I reinstalled. Note that I am able to clear the notifications individually by swiping, but this takes ages and is annoying. Half the point of the app is be able to clear all notifications with a single press.

On one phone, I've got the "ongoing notification hider". On my new one, I don't. Instead, it's behind a paywall. Inconsistent and annoying. There's no reason I should have it on one phone and not on the other-- I'm not paying for premium when I had it without that on a worse phone. My current phone is an 8+. It's a fair review. Last phone was older. Bye.

I just recently downloaded this and purchased premium/donated and within about 24 hours, I can say this has really cleaned up my notifications. I had about 5 large ongoing notifications that cluttered my bar after the upgrade to Pie. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 starts is because there needs to be a one click feature to turn on all notifications while allowing you to turn off the one's you only want blocked. Instead of manually having to uncheck every box.

Works very well. Finally found a way to stop the display from lighting up when the battery reached 100% in the middle of the night! Having some challenges though with allowing notifications from MS Outlook being launced within the VMWare Workspace One product. The outlook app doesn't appear on the Ncleaner list of apps to allow or block.

I downloaded this app solely to block Samsung notifications reminding me to use their services, which cannot be turned off and often wake me up at 3 am. (Side note: not buying a Samsung device again because of this.) This app is easy to use, and thus far has blocked all but one of these notifications, and I'm not sure why that one slipped through. Very customizable to allow some and block others. If that one hadn't slipped through I would be giving it 5 stars.

Works great except it automatically blocks everything including messages from the emergency broadcast system and there's no way for me to fix it because it's not an app. Also it automatically blocks things that don't make sense to block like the phone app, email apps, messages, food delivery apps etc which is annoying to have to go through the list to allow such basic things.

Absolutely love this app. I've used it for over a year, and it's never failed me yet. Super easy to manage, and every time you download a new app, it automatically asks you if you want to add the app to the block list, and then you never have to mess with it again. Super easy, super simple, and super effective. It's a must have for every device I get now. I love it, and fully recommend it!

Omg, with one tap I fixed my problem. So I instantly donated. Enjoy the beer. I've spent hours and hours trying to delete or hide what I think is a Bluetooth notification: When connected to my car Bluetooth I get the notification "select the device for media audio." Spent hours and hours researching and trying to get rid of this annoying notification. And the more I tried the madder I got and the more I was determined this thing was not going to beat me. After 15 minutes with your app I donated.

app doesn't seem to work like advertised / how i thought it would. what I was *trying* to accomplish was to block the notifications that I don't care about seeing, keeping only the ones I rely on (reminders mostly)... it just seems to block everything, regardless. what was really perturbing was after I donated to unlock additional features / remove ads---it seems like there are almost ZERO options now for any type of customization within the app and also when I went to hit the 'clean' button to see what it did--I got taken to an ad. perhaps it's a bug with the donation version--but I've since uninstalled... (unfortunately, it's been more than half an hour)

App won't clean my notifications. Neither the "Clean" button on the app's status bar nor the "Clean All" button inside the app work. After clicking these buttons, Notification Blocker says that it cleaned 2,600 notifications and, at first glance, it looks like it did. However, after exiting the app and looking at the app's status bar again, all 2,600 of my notifications are still there. I haven't been able to get it to work correctly for a few weeks now.

This app is such a life-saver! I was getting annoying & disgusting notifications from an app called intensive sound. The disturbing notifications used to come in every few seconds (yes, seconds) & wouldn't stop even after I turned off my Google Chrome & Oppo browser notifications. Thanks to a really helpful review by another fellow user (Eren Yeager) who was facing the exact same problem as me, I downloaded this app, and it worked like magic! No more unnecessary notifications! HighlyRecommended!

I like this very much in general. I am disappointed that I have to check my settings thoroughly after my phone is reatarted for any reason. As long as I don't restart, all nuisance notifications don't annoy me. Also, I can review them at a time or my choosing if I want to. Overall, a great review from me. Update: now I have to randomly block ongoing notifications often and when I haven't booted. I'm changing my rating because I think the developer might be more likely to see this new problem.

I quite enjoy the difference. I can disable annoying persistent notifications and select individually which apps to block. And it collects all notifications so you can go through whenever. No more accidentally clearing out important stuff either. Just nice.

The app will 'hide' the notifications by putting it into a different notification. Likely, this is something that can be turned off, but the GUI was so bad I couldn't figure it out. Also, the app seemed to not work well with texting, which is something I wanted to enable. Probably would be able to, but again, GUI.

Handy app. Though it would be much more efficient if the list stayed in alphabetical order instead of moving disabled apps to the bottom. The grey bar shows an app is disabled, so people will see that when scrolling through. Currently I need to scroll through the entire list to the bottom to check what's disabled which becomes tedious after a while. At least have an option to display all in alphabetical order, not separated. I'll donate and buy premium if this is changed/added. Thank you.

I'm liking the app very much. I'd only make two requests: a) let me remove YOUR app's icon from the Status Bar and b) allow me to designate certain icons on the Status Bar as "Not Junk" so that they're not cleared with everything else. I use your app so I could see the outside temperature, not send it away. Thanks!

It's been less than an hour and I am already living in luxury thanks to this app, lately I have been getting a lot and I mean A LOT of scams and junk notifications! for months now I have been living with the scams but then I saw this app. I downloaded it thinking it probably wouldn't work but to my surprise it did and very well! I found out that I got about 35 scam notifications in less than 30 minutes! I'm am very impressed with this app and hope other people are getting the same experience!
