Samsung Z Fold3. Latest android update. Excellent app. Keeps ALL of my notifications. Customizable. Exactly what it says it is. Update 03062022:. And now it's locked up. Don't know why. I changed nothing in settings, just stopped updating a few hundred notifications from finishing. Can't close it out or reset it. Also can't figure out why it's backing up EVERY notification ever, including the ones that are already backed up, instead of just ones since last backup.
The latest update has rendered the app useless. It doesn't record notifications. Have enabled its access in the background services but everytime it constantly & annoyingly keeps giving the same error 'unable to store new notifications'. I have paid for this, money down the drain.
It works well for what it does, although the ads are just downright annoying. Fullscreen ads? No thanks. My other gripe is that you can only veiw 25 notifications per app without pro. The export feature is also locked behind pro. (Which I will mention is almost $200 a year. Not worth it)
Works ok, does the job well, but that price point is an insult. 15/week isn't expensive, it's highway robbery. I doubt software upkeep and maint warrents this insane amount (Netflix is 15 a month and I'm pretty sure backend costs a little bit more for them). You want a cost that, while still pricey, is at least a tad reasonable? $15. Period. No subscription service, just a single payment. And no removing ads and blacklisting apps (who cares) aren't enough to excuse the price.
I have paid a lifetime license for the app before. Now I must pay for a monthly subscription again after I had update the app. A monthly subscription is too expensive for me. This app doesn't care about old customers. Recurring payment app!!!
You are absolutely insane. I used to love this app and gave it 4 stars. I even had the pro subscription for the longest time. Now thus changed the pro subscription from $8.99 a year to a whopping $179.99 A YEAR. Which absolutely outrageous. I was never notified about this and only found put when I couldn't access older notifications. Talk about actual peak capitalist greed. How awful. For as long as you don't revert back to your original pricing I will NOT be using this app.
I first gave this 3 stars, but now I'm giving it 1 after the response from the dev and their condescending attitude. So let me tell you... The subscription doesn't "seem high to me"! It is high! Then you say the subscription to the "premium version opens up many exciting features and opportunities for the price". 😂 Are you kidding me! Your subscription for £14.99 A WEEK gets you 3 things! 1. Blacklist Apps 2. Backup and Restore and 3. Remove ads! It's a total rip off! £780 a year! Your a Joke!
Pretty good, although 1 issue. The app works perfectly fine, although I woke up this morning after receiving 1 message from someone and this app decided to log that message 20 times...pretty sure that's not meant to happen, especially when there could have been other messages I didn't see...thought that was worth noting
I just think that there is no need of a full screen adds with sound. If the intention is force to buy, it's a wrong way, at least by my side. No other concern, the app just does what promises, and does well! Anyway, i just bought the app and it's very usefull
Just downloaded this app and so far I'm very impressed. It's very user friendly with well worded step-by-step directions. Well organized, as opposed to the herky jerky effect a lot of other similar apps have. I look forward to exploring all this app has to give.
Android says it keeps crashing. It keeps complaining that its service is not running, but there is no option to restart it. When sorting by date, it sorts alphabetically. So 01 Feb, then 01 Jan, then 01 Mar, then 02 Feb, etc.
One of the most expensive apps I have ever come across on the Play Store and for a very minimal service that other apps do for way less, if not free. The price is absolutely shocking. Why not just charge $1M dollars, that way if even one person buys it you can retire happy and you can leave the App Store completely, forever. $15 a week (that's $60/month, $780/year paid weekly, folks) is an insult to every other legitimate developer on here that is making apps for purpose, not greed and gouging.
Notifications are backing up inspite of all permissions. The basic purpose of the app is not working.
The description clearly claims it "restores" messages/notifications but they're no where to be found. So I searched their FAQs. The answer: "absolutely not." 🤬 Plus LOUD OBNOXIOUS ads ads ads. Uninstalling. Save your time and phone space and simply look into the files ("notifications") right on your device.
Does what it's supposed to. Although I would recommend that the developers provide access to pro features by offering us the option to view ads in exchange. And please remove that extremely annoying storage permission dialogue if the user has denied permission.
Hold on, for some reason I see a lot of 1 start reviews for no reason. This is LITERALLY the best app for restoring notifications. I have tried so many before and they were not as close to this one. And also about the pro version, its only a one time payment which as I remember was around 5$. It see a lot of reviews saying that its 15/week which is not true at all. Highly recommend this app, literally a life saver, there has been so many moments where im like, this app deserves more than 5$💛💛
[NEW UPDATE, 052922, Av11, A505U1] I like it alot. I would like to recommend thougth that you add in a 1 time Pauma plan of $90 instead of the $14/mo payment plan. Thanks!
best one I know, shows all the messages in a clear manner. not pictures or voice messages, but it woes show deleted insta /messenger /WhatsApp texts. recommend!
I need to reveiw a pop up fhat disapeared and guess what!?? You can filter anything to find what you need but to filter the time that it popped up costs money. So if you want to see your promo that just popped up and went away do t bother using this app. Trying to see a promo from door dash i got last night and it says it can only read notifications from a whols month ago. Im so so tired of this keep happening. Im alreadh watching adds why do i need to pay more for somthing my old android came w
Seems OK at first... Then you try to delete a notification and can't (only ALL notifications at once - unless you pay) so right off you get less functionality than you had without the app. So I tried pulling up a notification, read it and exited and was immediately slammed with an ad. In fact EVERY time I went to read a notification I was slammed by an ad as I exited - every time! This was in addition to a permanent banner ad displayed at the bottom of the screen. Annoying and ridiculous. Bye.
It was a good app, the few times I've used it in the past. I tried using it, today and got 5 different ads - served on startup, navigating to next screen, opening notification log, navigating out of log, and one more when trying to quit the app. Yikes! And, now I see that to remove ads, they want $30 a month? Screw that mess! Smart phones should allow users to see notification history as a stock feature. This money-grabbing app is some b---$---.
I downloaded the app months ago to save my notification history, I just opened it again today only to find out that it still needed me to give it permission to store notifications on my phone. I have lost so much just from this alone, I needed some of those old notifications and now they're just gone for ever. If you need permission for something like that, have it be involved with the installation of the map, not after the fact like they did. Even though, after this the app seems to be working.
I have the Pro version. After checking several apps of this type, this was by far the most well developed one. It makes intelligent decisions about what to save in its advanced history log, saving me from having to add a long list of apps to the blacklist. It is also great that is HAS a blacklist. Many apps don't. First class design and implementation!
EDIT: Three of your nearest competitors on Play price their apps at $3, $2, and $1, respectively. Personally, your app doesn't provide enough sufficiently distinctive features to justify 2, 3, and six times the cost of the other, similarly rated apps. Perhaps you would consider pricing it at about half of your current $6. I hope this feedback/suggestion is more helpful to you and others. Original: Too pricey at $6 (and that's the sale price)!
A very well built and useful app. The organisation of all the notification and also the length of the history is very cool.
WAY too expensive. WAY too many ads. Opinions & impressions: Logs notifications by category. You can clear the entire log. Can't delete individual notifications in free version. Must go pro for most features. Hard to evaluate as ads are in the way constantly. Ads! Ads! Ads! Ad on open. Ad on change screen. Banner ad every screen. Must wait out timer on some ads. I think pricing varies. Today's is $14.99/WEEK -- over $770/year for a nonessential utility. Just no! My worst app experience ever.
