Notifications for Android TV

Works well on my Sony BRAVIA TV, just sometimes to me it feels like it slows down the amount notifications to actually shows. I then check in the app to make sure that the apps that I want to show up on the TV are all ticked and all of a sudden, the notifications that I want all start coming through. It's like it goes for a little snooze. But it works very well when it's awake. 😀

Works great, tried it for a day and I love it and just purchased the paid version. The app seems to show all notifications which makes things really convenient. Pleasant surprise for me was that it actually shows Ring doorbell notifications with an included image. The constant popups could be little disturbing if you have a busy phone with many active apps, especially if you're trying to watch a good show but for that you can easily disable the notifications Thank you for a great app.

I like your app, its practically the only one available for posting notifications to an android TV. I use it for my Home Automation and have Pushover send messages to my android tablet, running your app. That way I can see my Hubitat messages on the TV, and alert me with status updates (turn on fireplace, turn up the heater/AC, presence announcement and so on). However, recently, it stops working after receiving messages for a while, maybe the number of messages or perhaps the time running. I'm not able to pin it down as to the cause. All I know is that if I manually launch your app and do a test message, all the pushover messages start up again, until that magic time they stop working and I have to do it all over again. If you have any suggestions, that would be good, if you have a solution that would be great! ----------update--------- I did not notice the email address at the bottom of the page, however, thank you for providing it. I have sent more detail in an email now. UPDATE: I am very grateful and impressed by the time the developer of this App has taken to respond to my emails through support. This person demonstrates a sincere commitment and pride in their work. Based on the emails received and their content I have increased the rating to its maximum.

Totally awesome! It's nice to see what's happening on my phone for notifications and alerts via Android t.v. Now, I only pick up the phone when I actually need to interact! Less "screen time" is always a good thing! Great product. I encourage you to buy the premium! Try first yes, you will not be disappointed. It works and delivers as advertised!

This was a great app until my cellphone updated to Android 11. While using Android 10, the notifications were immediately displayed on my Android TV as the notification came up on my phone. Ever since the upgrade, sometimes I have immediate notifications, sometimes up to a 30 minute delay in displaying the notifications, and sometimes notifications aren't displayed at all. My settings never had the energy settings enabled for this app. The problem still exists.

This is a great app. I had to set a special permission in my TV before the pop-ups would show (Allow app to display over other apps). Works really well. The developer did a fantastic job! 👍

Works great. I highly recommend that you restart your phone after installing and setup. I had a few hiccups at the start. After contacting the developer, checking my notification settings and restarting my phone. All is good. Thanks.

So annoying. Keep sending popups to my TV asking to buy the premium version Edit: the developer is being arrogant with everyone writing bad reviews. Of course everything is not free, that doesn't mean harrassing users with popups is a good strategy for to convert users into subscribers. The dev obviously cares only about money. Definitely NOT buying this garbage app.

Awesome app! Great support from dev! Works exactly as described once I got the right version installed. Anything Android 9+ requires an app update from other sources. Dev reached out to help and got me working. Check FAQs for any issues you might have. Can telegram notifications pull through the channel image like it does on the phone and show that by chance?

My favorite Android TV app. It works perfectly, shows just the right among of information and there are plenty of settings that you can tweak. I would never have imagined getting my notifications on my TV, I love it!

Worked great at first. Now about 1 in 10 notifications actually popup on the TV screen. I'll also occasionally go to open any app and it will open this one instead with a notification that's up to a day old. This usually happens shortly after turning on my Shield.

I love the convenience and simplicity. I really really like it for when I'm watching movies and the phone is on charge. On few occasions the messages didn't display on the Android TV but I still live by it.

Nice when it works BUT once in a while the permissions are lost and even when I look them up they are enabled but I have to disable and enable again to get it functioning again. This for a while now, can't imagine I am the only one experience this (lenovo tablet)

Love the app. But sometimes a notification gets stuck on the screen of my Android TV (Nvidia Shield). Which interrupts the viewing experience by having to stop what I was watching, to force stop the app to clear the stuck notification.

Sadly no good for my android box. The app creates a issue on my screen so can't move mouse to the right or bottom of the screen. Also it's hit and miss whether notification gets pushed on some apps. But is good idea.

This is an excellent, easy to use application that has allow me to do many cool things with my TV (like playing on my PS4/5 while my phone forwards the notifications to the TV so I never miss anything important). Absolutely worth every currency bit it costs.

Good but... when i get a phone call the incomming phonecall message never goes away until restart of the device!.. would rate 5 otherwise... in response to the developer: the notification is set for 10 seconds, and it is set to be non interactive

The application works great. Christian was very helpful in getting the application to work in my car where I have an android 6.0 radio/navigation/media player etc. I've tried all sort of applications and this I felt was the best.

Very nice app. Consider adding the following. 1: Don't notify if phone screen is on and if DND or silent is on. 2: A suite of customisations like background opacity, color, border radius and so on. 3: A text length based notification appearance timeout. For example a 10 word notification would be displayed for 5 seconds, while a 50 word one for 15 seconds.

It's worth of purchase & works wonders with my Stock Android type TV box. Besides on certain tweak/customization option not available, overall it was a excellent app.

Was working for a while, but no longer displays notifications. I can see test messages from within the settings, but nothing from Gmail, phone calls, etc. I'm on a OnePlus 8 Pro phone.

Awesome Awesome app works flawlessly , I don't have to keep checking my phone for YouTube notifications anymore, when I'm watching TV they appear on my Sony android TV screen , I know straight away if any of my subscriptions have gone live excellent !!!

Advice to all READ EACH SCREEN BEFORE ACCEPTING. I had a few issues but the developer was awesome enough to assist me. Once we figured what what I did wrong, the app worked just as intended. 100% Awesome thus far.

It works really well I really like it I just wish they would update it to work for Samsung cuz everytime I go into the app on my phone it says this app built for an older system I hope you update it more

Love it! Amazing. This app was an absolute dream to setup on my Shield TV, notifications come through quickly and you can do alsorts of customisation to message. I loved it enough to buy it. Great job Dev.

I couldn't get the app to work tried everything no joy, contacted the help support and they was very helpful, and got me up and running straight away. Apps brilliant.

I just love this app!!! I can see all my phone's notifications right on the tv screen, so I don't have to look for the phone everytime it rings/vibrates... this is just plain awesome!
