Notify & Fitness for Mi Band

Packed with customisations. Having been using it for a year with a Mi Band 4 and couldn't be happier to gather all of my data (heart, weight, exercises, steps, sleep, etc.). There are so many customisation options that you get a bit lost (but in a good way). When you think you've explored everything you find new things and it seems they keep developing the app on a regular basis.

All was going well until I decided to uninstall the original app following the instructions. Never managed to get my auth key and now the band doesn't sync anymore. I have the paid version. Seems like you are bound to have both installed if you want this one to work properly. Edit you can't turn notification off so the band keeps buzzing if your app is on. Quite annoying, uninstalling and I don't recommend

This is my second review of this app. My first was wholly negative. Some of the negatives still stand, settings are all over the place and often confusing. To get the best from the app you need to untether from the official Mi app, which is a process many won't feel confident enough able to complete. If you do this becomes a much more capable, and more importantly, a very reliable and accurate app, and can realise the full potential of the Mi Band more than anything else.

I've been using the app for several year, it is great. But 14.5.0 doesn't show night heart rate values on the plot. It is really inconvenient. And one more thing: if there is a chance to get rid of this "Show more..." button on the Sleep tab and always see Fell asleep/Awoke/Deep/Light and other detailed sleep data? Or just to have a switch to always show sleep details?

It works and development stays current. I really appreciate it.. 5-18-22. It's become unreliable, it takes multiple syncs to get it to pull data and that is an annoying way to start a day. Contact response is of no help either, just deflection.

Lots of interesting and useful features, especially the workout widgets on home screen. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find a way to continuously display my heart rate on the band in big numbers so I can easily check it during a workout.

Loved it on my Mi Band 3. Got a Mi Band 5 months ago and followed the installation instructions, but the app firmware didn't install correctly to the watch, so now it doesn't connect fully to either the original Mi Fit app nor the Notify app. Worst part is the Menu screen disappeared from the watch, so I can't even do a factory reset and start over again. Now with the time change, I'm stuck an hour behind! Reached out to the support team and was only sent a link that didn't help.

Privacy-friendly alternative to the official app. Works well and has tons of features (I'm using the Pro version) but the UI is somewhat cluttered.

I had the problem of the band disconnected after the screen turned off with the original Mi Fit app after a while. This made the band useless as it was not able to update the app. After I unpaired and uninstalled the original app and then installed this app, I tried to update the firmware which is provided by this app, then it able to work normally again. I am really grateful this app saved my band life and making it useable again.

I urgently need the option to modify the world clock and it would be a 5 star. So much better than the original app in all other ways. Currently world clock shows some standard cities and instead i need a custom city like in the original app.

This app has improved. The only thing that is a negative is the syncing. I have to manually sync it before midnight, otherwise not all of the data comes over. The manual syncing does take sometime.

Constantly missing data sets for sleeping and heart rate. Other apps and the band have the information but this app doesn't input the data correctly so you have many holes in BPM and Sleep. Also have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to sync to the band, which in turn means you lose all your data... Winning app right here... Oh wait.

Sooo much better than the MI Fit app, UI better more options and features. Only downside a little more tricky to configure at first but well worth it. Whish MI when open up and let Notify work without blockage.

The official Mi Fit app is rudimentary and this App adds all the bells and whistles; really cool looking; took it for a spin and thoroughly appreciated the usefulness. Yes for a good value one should add Sleep as Android and link these Apps to Google Fit. Great job guys, keep it up! With Mi fit App becoming Zepp Life, this App doesn't recognize that...please fix

I have bought the full version and it's difficult to use, I think because the developer is not in the loop of the band firmware update and changes. PAI is calculated on mi band. revised as use without Mi band software works much better. recent support issue solved within 24 hours!👍🏻

Unable to use band faces option due to sync error, after alternative method it is showing the same "update failed"... Worst experience...

Nice app, upgraded to pro. The annoying thing is that I keep getting notified that "notification is enabled" Please remove this, very annoying.

I got this app to use my Mi Band with "Sleep As Android", but instantly preferred this over Mi Fit (now Zepp). I even downgraded my Mi Band firmware to be more compatible, because Xiaomi doesn't like third parties.

Lots of setting options which is great, just takes time to learn them. Are there plans in a future release to add a low oxygen alarm? Ie below a certain level it vibrates or makes a noise? Self resetting, more of a nudge when you are sleeping. Thanks

This is my go-to app for running my mi band watch. It would get 5 stars but for one improvement. The weather current temperature is always a few degrees wrong in my country (New Zealand) no matter which provider i select . It would be good to have a calibration section eg "adjust current temp by +/-2deg" or by +/-% might be good.

The app's UI is kinda confusing, but it has a ton of features. Can you make so that when there is a workout going on, the app will show it on the at a glance widget.

After the update my watchfaces disappeared and I can't get any new one because it say I don't have the right firmware update, I try to re sync but still the the problem

Incredible awful app, written by very greedy developers, so even if you buy a PRO version it continues showing Ads on every few switches between tabs.

Edit: My issues seem to be resolved so I changed my rating to 5 stars This app used to work but since the recent update it has problems syncing my running distance with strava. I also backed up and exported my workouts but when I import the data to an earlier version my workouts are still missing. Please fix this app

After latest update of 04/09/2021, battery status changes to x after Mi Band 6 is disconnected/Bluetooth switched off. Not sure how to get rid of this x (battery status) from top bar. Ideally, I'd like to see last battery status again, instead of x. Update in 13/2021: can't synchronise weather to band any more.
