Notify me - Notification Reminder

Pretty good, after the learning curve. I like that you can easily restore notifications you removed; (you need to edit & resave a restored item or it removes itself again. Not so good.) Restoring was helpful while I learned what not to do & how to set it up for what I need. It's very good for what it's designed for... putting a few notifications in sight. It's not a full notepad or calender as some users seem to expect it to be.

Decent app with a simple, easy to use design. I think I may be experiencing a glitch though, whenever I set a notification to weeks or months from now it notifies me right away. It also removes the notification when I click on it, even though I set it so it wouldn't be removed that way. Daily notification settings also don't seem tobe working.

Love the app. The only problem I'm having is if I set a reminder to go off once a week continually. It forgets the date Everytime. So unless I launch the app and edit the notification it won't play the next time it's due. Able to replicate the issue Everytime. Example is if I set it to go off every Saturday @ 1pm. It'll go off that first Saturday but then never again. If I click the notification it doesn't show the next date like the other notifications do. It's just blank, so I have to save new

most of the time, this app does as it's supposed to do. I have run into the problem where if I have several notifications in my shade, and I hit "remove" on one of them, the others disappear. This forces me to take the time to open the app backup, and reset notifications for those other ones again. This is very frustrating....

I needed some daily reminders, but didn't want to use Google Calendar, since every reminder shows up in the view, making it look cluttered. This app is exactly what I needed as an alternative. The interface is pretty straightforward, with plenty of options to customize the behavior of the notifications.

Update: it doesn't notify me anymore. Just stopped working. I like that I can't accidentally swipe the notification away. The problem? The only way to clear it is to "remove it." Not a problem for one time alarms- but alarms set for recurrent NEVER show up again. These alarms always stay in the"current" tab but I have never had a recurrent notification work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but a How To menu would be helpful. Snooze only snoozes for 60min max- not good for monthly notifications.

Haven't run into any reliability issues like others. Replaces an obsolete app called Remindee. It's unique in that it is incorporated into the share menu from other apps. Would love to see the following features: 1-eliminate need for title of reminder (for speed) 2-eliminate display of alarm sound in the reminder settings (long sound filenames clutter the interface) 3-add the ability to share a screenshot or sound file to the app. Would be great to take a photo/screenshot and set a reminder.

In the continuing quest for the ideal reminder system in Android, this app is a worthy competitor. Although reminders must be initiated in the app itself (AFAIK, it does not pick up info from other sources to create its reminders), they are presented in the device's notifications list without having to open the app. Needs functions of syncing across devices and autogenerating reminders from other sources. Not sure the APIs exist for that second wishlist item.

Excellent app! So handy and simple to use. Get rid of your video, it makes the app too complicated and could push people away from using it, like I almost did. It's more simple to use by just using it. Thanks! Been using since June 2019. Now suddenly it doesn't work anymore! Please fix!

So far I really like your app :) I didn't run into any problems, I wish there was a way to make a notification that repeats yearly so that I can use it to remember birthdays, also it could be nice to be able to sort notifications into categories. Overall it's very convenient and has no ads, thank you for making it :)

If you want a custom notification option nothing is better than this app. A lot better than a simple alarm clock, its various settings include anything one might need, and more. Cherry on top: no annoying ads. Bravo dev.

This app is Amazing. It Does exactly what I need/want it to and the best part is it doesnt clutter up my calendar. This doesnt use your calendar for reminders which is great. I've been looking for an app that does this without adding it to my calendar and cluttering it up. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend this app. You will not regret downloading this. plz make it where you can sign into this app so you can use it on multiple devices.

Overall this app does what it says it will. What I like about it the most is the ability to color coordinate the reminders and put different icons with each. What updates I'd like to see is 1) an options for the reminders to pop up on the screen and 2) more icons to choose from.

Finally a usable app for this amongst those not very effective ones. [PROS]: Notifications can be colorized separately, They don't dissapear if you don't want to (!!!), Display tasks separately (not grouped), Quick add button on noti area, Dark theme in free version. [CONS]: Google task sync would be awesome. [NOTES]: I tried almost all app in this category, and this is the only one which works flawlessly, has every essential function without to be bloated with craps, and which I can use very effectively. I am so happy I found it. You deserve the support, Sir.

This is exactly what I needed. It is able to push notifications to my Mi Band 3 so I used it to schedule the Pomodoro intervals for my study sesh in the mornings. I would be happy to donate to this app. Or pay for it if it got some tweaks like: vibration patterns, vibration length, folders to organize notifications.

Used for a good while now. It is a useful unassuming app that does what it says. Good for those tasks that are xx days apart, not weekly or monthly. Would love to see option to snooze for a day, not just minutes.

Cool app that actually lets you set persistent reminders in the notification bar. My only complaint is that there doesnt seem to be an option to turn off the vibrate when the alarm happens. I want to have it completely silent.

Not reliable, it completely forgets some, and is hours late on others. Another complaint is the maximum time you can set the snooze for is 5 hrs. A lot of the time I know I'm not going to get to a task until the next day and don't want to hit it 3-4 times, I'd like to be able to snooze it for 24 hrs.

Would be great if it worked. The reminders don't come at the set time, and sometimes they don't come at all. And sometimes they don't behave like they're supposed to. Sometimes I swipe the notification away, and it puts it in my removed list. Wish this app worked, it'd be great.

I am so so happy with this app. To check my meditation end time, I set it to my desired time and stay away from phone. After my desired time it does the bell/ring just once (one beep of your choice) .... note: it does just once .... Not like an alarm that rings continuously for 2 minutes or so ....and that is what I wanted. So, that means I can continue my meditation without touching my phone if I prefer to extend my time. I am very happy with it.

No longer works. Literally has one job... I used it for a year and it has always been spotty but now it never sends notifications. I reinstalled cleared storage still doesn't work. I have moved on

great app. I will give you 5 star if you add the option to order notifications by date and time, and not just alphabetically. I would like to see my 'to do' list in order of time, to better organize my day.

I am able to customize it whatever in my mind comes. Awesome.😍 finally found what i needed after going through lots of other apps. It will be more helpul if there will be a backup option in case I ever factory reset my phone.

An app with integrity. No ads. Clean design. I love that it will open my chosen app when I click on the reminder so I don't procrastinate or have to think! Exactly what I need.

Notification is missing some key components....examples: Repeat (YEARLY)- needed for 'annual' dates (bdays, doc appts, annvrys, etc) and advanced reminder timelines- needed to 'remind' 15min, 30min and hour in advance...not when the set-action begins. If its set within 30days, I'd like to make sure that I recall the 'reminder' and won't schedule anything on that date or during that time. Sorry, but need more set (real life) options.

Exactly what I needed. Especially enjoy the option to make a notification non-swipable. Keeps it stuck up there reminding me every day, which is a good thing.

Exactly what i was looking for. My ONLY complaint is that the daily feature doesn't have an option for just Monday thru Friday so the notification comes up Saturdays and Sundays as well...... If there is an option for this I haven't found it yet.

I'm uninstalling this Notify me app. I liked it at first, but then my phone began shutting down twice after I used it for 2 notifications. This is a first for me. My phone is new and I have very few installed apps.
