Surprisingly terrible in every way. It takes longer to get food, menu items are different in app which confuses workers and if you need to contact support, they'll take over a week to respond. Don't waste your time.
Some of the menu are not updated. I went to order from the menu and when I came to pick-up, the food seller told me that it was not available and asked me to order a different one. Then I have to wait for them to prepare the replacement order.
tried to upload app and it wouldn't select a location. then you can only order stuff one at a time. I still haven't been able to use my 60% off.
I wanted to take advantage of this, but it won't even pick up my location right in the hospital. All the signs and promotions to sign up, but the thing will not even locate me in the very hospital that I work for! deleting this immediately
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE we ordered our food and it was going tk be done at 12. we came down from the hospital room and the bistro said that it did not come through. DONT USE IT it is not worth the extra 30 minute wait. never again will i use this app.
There are no locations available in the app despite me being one block away from the cafe

App is trash. You can't order anything through cleveland clinic. So y come with this new app?

This is app never works.
Perhaps everyone's experience is different depending on the location of its use. My review is based on my experience at UCI Medical Center. The app was very intuitive and worked well. I had no issues with downloading the app, entering credit card or picking up my food. Food was ready with the receipt attached. There was no wait in line whatsoever. Just walked to the shelf and voila my food was there within 7 minutes of me placing my order. I ordered a crunchy roll.
