Very nice and pleasant app. I really appreciate the customizability since everyone has different needs and triggers. The template coping skills are a hidden gem. Love that they are accurate to actual CBT/DBT/etc. and still manage to be concise. The only improvement I would make would be to allow users to not count coffee/sugar drinks as counting towards hydration. I'd like to track them but not count towards my hydration goal.

Nourisly nags you just enough to make sure you monitor regularly. I like the tips it gives as well, not that I don't already know most of the stuff to do, but reminds me that I may be sabotaging myself without realizing.

Nourishly is amazing. Loving the way this app makes it so easy to capture everything that is going on throughout my day. I had surgery in January and was trying to track food and water intake, bowel movements, meds, sleep, mood and exercise manually with index cards. It was hard to stay organized. I was searching for journaling apps and I'm really glad I found nourishly. Waiting to hear back from support on some features I requested, but loving it so far.

I am head over heals for this app. It is so perfect for me in addressing thinking patterns, and is awesome at providing encouragement. The one thing I wish was different is that there is no useful way to track calories for weight loss. I have to use another app to track calories. :/ I hope an adapted version for weight loss comes out soon.

Although the interface could use a more modern revamp, the app and its features are amazing, great help for meal planning and looking up for foods and ingredients you can't eat for your specific condition, for example the Low FODMAP diet option helps you buy groceries and plan meals that won't make you sick if you have IBS, it also has games to guess and learn which foods are good or bad for your specific diet, and it's actually fun. Thank you for creating this app!! lots of helpful features.

Great app for journaling everything you eat, and for exercise as well. Makes a huge difference in weight loss programs and the fact that I can share all my journals in real time with a nutritionist is very cool and extremely helpful! Some things that could be added, would be a database of individual foods that I eat, that gets built from those foods, so the user can pick a single food item while listing the meal eaten, and a dedicated field for daily weight measure would be nice as well!

Love love love love this app. You can track what you're eating without counting calories, and feel completely in control. It's really flexible, feels non invasive and so simple to use. I hated using calorie counters because they were time consuming etc. And this is completely the opposite. Really love the design, everything :)

This very powerful & incredibly customizable app helps manage nutritional intake, physical exercise, and mental health. It's a breath of fresh air, with no calorie counting and no advertising. I've successfully used many calorie counter apps and exercise tracking apps for short periods of time, but I think this next-level app may help me push through to new standards of personal growth and health improvements in my ongoing quest for holistic health & survivability during this & future pandemics.

TLDR: Great App for those who aren't looking at food objectively. Looks more at the emotions behind what you eat, than the objective of calories in what you eat. I have enjoyed my use of this app, and it works well when I'm talking with my dietitian. Granted, I have only been using it for about two weeks now, but my first impression is positive. I also am accustomed apps that use the method that counts calories, and thus still lean towards apps like FatSecret. It's an adjustment.

Issues with usability. App incorrectly changes the log you are working on to the following day if you are adding it at midnight. Does not appear possible to delete the logs, and I cannot work out how to correctly add the log. Really annoying, but if it weren't for how difficult it is to switch between days I would have given this a few more days use before reviewing

Just. Perfect. I "graduated" to Nourishly after using RR for years. I don't need the in-depth coaching I needed when I was dealing with ED, but I do still want the accountability and tracking features that RR gave me. It's important to me to have tracking without the crazy-making of counting calories. Nourishly is absolutely perfect for that.

It's free! It really helps to keep me on track knowing I have to log what I ate and knowing my dietician will also see what I have eaten, so she can help guide me, keeps me choosing healthier options and finds out what triggers symptoms etc. You can opt out of being linked with your dietican, but I really think it helps knowing someone is on this journey helping you. Also has great moviational messages along the journey and you can join the online chat support groups. Thank you for a great app.

I've had nourishly a little less than a week but I'm really excited about it because it has a mood, food, and stool log as well as lists your sleep, pain, and symptoms within those logs. which is so helpful! it also has a meal planner as well as fodmap search bar and affirmations/positive messages! its just really a great app design for anyone dealing with chronic issues, or eating disorders. this app even personalizes the logs for those specific issues:)

This app has really helped me organize and break up my goals involving health. It is also inclusive and an extremely effective mindful support. I'm going to kill it at my next Doctor's appointment. Also the only app I have found that considers all diabetics (pre/type 1/type 2) and the emotional toll involved.

I love this app because it's well-rounded - I can track my low-FODMAP progression as well as my emotions, make notes of what was affecting me, my IBS symptoms, link up with not only my dietician but my other medical doctors. I use it mostly as my diary but a different one to search for low-FODMAP foods. Haven't used it yet, but I look forward to try the learn section to quiz myself.

I was just released from a 9 day stay at a hospital due to a MAJOR gastrointestinal emergency. I was severely malnourished, underweight, and diagnosed with gastroparesis. Food is my medicine, and I have some major dietary changes and have to track my intake to gain the 25lbs I lost. This app is amazing, and I love how they don't focus on weight loss. Weight gain is just as hard as loss and not everyone understands. One ask is allowing editing. Thsm !

So far I can't even use the app because for 3 days now it keeps telling me that it can't connect to the server. Yesterday I used my other app (recovery path) by the same developers to let them know about the issue but have yet to hear anything back from them. I was really looking forward to using these two apps together as a way of replacing my bad habit with a good one but am quickly getting discouraged. I hope this server issue can be fixed quickly so I can update my review to 5 stars.

I've only been on this a couple of days but I'm ecstatic! It's very intuitive to use and I love that it is helping me to learn to eat intuitively. No scale! No calorie counting! This is just what I needed. Just using this tool gives me motivation. After so many diets, I had lost faith in myself. I'm learning how to live again.

This app worked for 4 days. Then I wanted to make an entry without a picture, so I took a blank picture. It never worked again after that. It won't detect the type of food, nor allow me to enter the type, nor ask me the quantity. Fail.

I've been using this for a couple days. I think I'm going to like it a lot! Very simple and easy to use. I've been looking for something like this that's simple and doesn't create a full time job with complex calorie counting. I think this will be good in just being able to visualize what your eating patterns are and what changes need to be made.

This app was fine until I had to factory reset my phone I had all of my passwords saved and I know what the password was and now the app says that it's incorrect when it's saved. I'm disappointed I uninstalled and going to find another one. I rarely give low ratings to anything but this is not the day for something not to work when I know what the password was. Now I can't get into it at all why is my password not working.I fixed the issue.🙏🏿
