Not a very convenient to login and for me it is impossible to do when you forgot your pin code. The app makes you to create new account, but once you fill in the details for the account registration, it says that account exists already and makes you to enter the pin. It would be good to have alternative ways of authentication or ways to reset the pin code.
Overall, the app is good, but there are still plenty of space for the improvement. It works fine on my smartphone. However, this app can't be used on my tablet to take anything from the local postomate, which is located inside a building, because my tablet has a weak GPS signal. Why do you require GPS at all? Bluetooth is more than sufficient to ensure that a personal device is located near the postomate, being more reliable than GPS. Also, UI can be simplified further to reduce clicking.
Very functional app, easy to use, lots of useful settings.
Keeps crashing on startup on Galaxy Fold 3 in tablet mode after recent update. Earlier it worked fine. Please fix this ASAP. Sorry, I don't use either facebook or instagram (answer to company's answer)
A horrendous app. One week it supports google pay, the next it doesn't making for a frustrating and embarrassing customer experience. Especially considering in store efpos machines one week supports my cards and the next it doesn't. Only supports Ukrainian and Russian language which is really pathetic in this day and age.
Few bags: 1. Can't pay for delivery after entering the confirmation code incorrectly 2. If package was resend to other place, app offered to pay only for second delivery. For the first - it was skipped in app. 3. It would be great to use some button for sending tickets to support, but not writing her. Maybe I just not find it
The concept of the app is great and most of the time it does what it is supposed to. However, the language switch functionality is completely broken. Whenever I try to change the interface language to Russian, it remains Ukrainian even after restarting the app. This has to be fixed.
The app itself looks promising, however sorting of parcels is a mess: it is a complete opposite of user-friendly. It gets worse after you redirect some of the items to another address. I'd suggest working on UI more :/
All is good. Great. Just a minor thing that annoys a lot: adding my card to the app so I can pay with it doesn't work. It would be so convenient to pay for services with less steps. Hope you fix this someday
As a US person from Latvia unfortunately this app bring dissatisfaction in the first moments... Was unable to switch language. English option would be great as well, yet please make it work first. Also fully registered and provided all the details yet it keeps prompting to add those details again every time I enter My Profile UI.
Straight and clear - all relevant information about mail/post sent via Nova Poshta in one place (have used this app to get my mail from the street boxes - sorry for my English). But honestly I don't like this intentions of different companies to force me installing their software on my phone - that's why -1 star. Without this app I could not get my parcel from street box)
Java.lang.RunTimeException error on start after last update. Token expired time mustn't be null. When I start app I got black screen for 10 seconds and app just close. Impossible to use on Android 10
It's rude to say at least to force people to install your app just to be able to receive an international parcel. Especially if I've never signed up to use your postal service in the first place. And especially if it doesn't work!
There's no option for English users. It's not everyone that understand Russian language. When app developer don't consider other languages when developing an application it makes the app not user friendly. You guys should know foreigners also use Nova posha so there has to be option where does who understands English can use it easily
Changing UI language doesn't work - you can select any value in the language list, but Ukrainian will be still shown as the current one on Settings screen and app UI will not be translated.
Would be great if this application also is available in the English language (user interface). Registering is a bit of a bother as it accepts input only in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
Good day, I have the same bug - it's impossible to pay via my card without bounding to my account. I did it twice with correct password and only bounding between my credit card and app account helped. Please, fix this case. Thank you.
Worked well until today. I received a parcel to my building. And to get it I need an app. But when I opened an app it unlogged me and I can't log in again. Tried to reinstall app but it didn't help me.
Good application for finding your packeges but you can't redirect your international packeges to right direction in it: when you appoint your address you can't change the name to cyrillyc letters but this app does not accept latin letters in a name and fails with error. So how can I ask for address delivery?
Nice app, much more convenient to use than website. Though, would be nice to have its name in English in my phone launcher when my system language is English (now it's the only app I installed that has Cyrillic symbolls in the name and this confuses search)
Can't enter details to register. Also, app is not available in different language option, eg. English, hence not foreigners friendly.
The app is enough good, but service isn't. My package is in postal office since yesterday, but a post office employee told me an hour ago that I will get it only in four days 25.08.2021... So my packege will lie in the postal office 5 days although post office works all these days!!! Just because express delivery was ordered. Why they call it "express" I don't have any ideas... It's really terrible quality...
The price for shipping is too high :(. I need to pay 161 uah for item that costs 93 uah. 46 uah delivery and 22 uah is comission to send 93 uah. That is a bit too much. But from the other hand app is great and the company works great.
Can't enter my city, so it doesn't update my info. City list/search just doesn't work at all. Will update my rating after this bug us fixed.
No major complaints so far, pretty much shows and does what you need. I was able to add my card on masterpass without any issues too.
Good, but performance should be better. Also, scan code work isn't precise, need several times to be scanned.
Good app overall. But after the last update the bar code pops up every time the phone is turned to the side. I assume it's a feature but an extremely annoying one. I have screen rotation disabled but it doesn't matter. P. S. Turned off the loyalty card in the settings. Thank you.
