Stopped working after update
App will not allow me to log in and does not allow me to access old account either. Email was sent to developer for update on status as numerous people have the same problem.
A different App must now be used, the nurse from last visit had to show me, The help from the novant customer service was useless, Go to playstore put in My Chart, a little red folder icon os the one you need, there are multiple providers on there choose Novant, very similar to orig app from there
The update 4/22 made a glitch when trying to open saying I need to update even though it is
Will not let me log in to my account with my email. Trying to contact someone via phone for assistance sends me to an automated message with every option asking for my employee i.d. number. I am not an employee!
This app will not let log in . Its saying I need to update to continue and my phone does not need update.

It says invalid email domain. Wont let you in and you cannot access your account on the old one. 😡
Tells me my g mail address that I have used for over a year with Novant apps is invalid. Older sick people shouldn't have to put up with this garbage.
