Help NOVEC Operations by taking and sending photos of damage you see on the system such as downed lines (ALWAYS from a safe distance!), graffiti on transformers, or broken streetlights right from your phone.
This free app is intended to provide extra convenience and information to our customers. During extreme weather or emergency situations we encourage customers to utilize all available communication methods to report outages and receive up-to-date restoration information. We also provide local news media with information as well.

Worthless app. It only lets you pay your Bill, doesn't tell you how much is due. If I log into my account I should immediately see a dollar amount due. This app does not have that.
The app is better than it used to be, but it still needs lots of work. It's taken far too long to get to this point. Novec is usually much better than this.
All the pages are blank screens. No login screen. Total garbage all.
Downloaded app to make paying my bill easy and efficient. Nothing blank pages, lol what's the point of the app. Novec it's 2016 about to be 2017 get with the program!!! Hint hint I downloaded an app to pay you on time!!!!

Requesting way too many permissions
Why not have bill paying options? Would've gotten a 5 if that was the case. Other companies do it so I know it can happen.
All the comments were negative, so I didn't think it would work. I was wrong, it works great on my lg android phone.
This just loads a blank screen when clicking on my account and outages.Get your developers to fix this. Pointless app.
App locks up and requires a manual kill. Why do companies throw something up and expect it to suffice as a mobile app if it doesn't even work?

Does not work. Account and outage screens are completely blank. Twitter screen displays invalid input error.
This APP is a joke. Supposed to make services easier to take care of need. Instead you should just call them.
Fairly responsive app. News feed is a little hard to read with the grey background.
