Novel Library

I like the idea of this app way more than its execution. The read aloud function is pretty much the reason I want the app but it's finicky and has no associated options. For some reason it adds long pauses all over the place and because of that sometimes title information takes forever to get through between chapters. If it had Fishpowered or Quicknovel's tts system it would be perfect for my uses. It also doesn't respect my headphone pause button for some reason.

Highly recommend it. It still has room for improvements such as adding more sources. Also the reason there are so many low ratings recently is because of an issue with an older version. This was fixed quickly in a version released in discord.But this version was released a bit late on google play. Only late by few days. Highly recommend joining the discord so you can get to know about issues or bugs or bug fixes.

Very useful. Could use some improvements with the download system's feedback, as of right now you can't really tell what's downloading. The reader mode which I prefer to use for its dark theme seems to not fit the screen right causing a horizontal scroll bar to appear. You can't annotate, select, or highlight text in reader mode, but that's not really a feature I'm too concerned about. Please fix the read mode's scaling and improve the download system and I'll happily say it deserves five stars.

I usually read novels on websites and I try using the app version (which is this one) for offline reading purposes. At first, I'm really glad that I can find most of my favourite novels in it but... that did not last long after I read one of the novels I downloaded. It was completely different compare to websites and I seriously can't understand anything!! Many of the words are cut off and I cant even understand a single thing which is the worst!! I definitely hope that you will fix it soon.😊

I'm rating this a 3-star. This app is cool but I hate the fact that I have to download each and every single chapter of a book after updating the chapters of the book, even if I've downloaded them before. Please, help make it so that we don't have to redownload already downloaded chapters.

i really love the app because all novels were available and i was able to read it offline. But when I accidentally pressed the Read Aloud button, it kept going even though i wanted to stop to the point that even when I closed my phone it would still continue to talk. I had no choice but to force stop it AND IT DELETED ALL THE NOVELS IN MY LIBRARY :((( i was really devastated but overall its a good app. PLS ADD A BUTTON TO STOP READ ALOUD THANK YOU.

it is a good app, however, i hope there's more sites, improved download function, and fixed background theme. but all in all, it is a good app, if you just want to read there to arrange the novels you read & not offline downloads like me.

It's really great, except lacking for more fantasy books. I'm really happy to find one of my favourite anime story in here, which I couldn't find in other book app/sites. The translations are excellent as well. This app simply needs a more refreshing version, such as: icon photo, general settings/options.

I love reading here in this app because they updated earlier than other applications with same purpose. It is user-friendly,free and easy to use. I can save and download my novels for offline reading purposes. So I only need to use minimum time using the internet. I guaranteed this app 💯%...great job!!!

Actually happy with it but my main problems are with the UI, it's just hard to read titles when they keep moving so I'd rather the cover pics were big.i hope you can add a compact view of novels in library. All else aside i actually like the global search rather than by source.

There's still a lot of room for improvement but it's just so convenient to use and it quickly became my go-to novel reading app. There's been lots of issue recently but developer seems to be working on fixes quickly and really takes user suggestions seriously.

I love the app, it has a small range of sources but it's still great. Also IDK why but the app keeps force closing for me. Sometimes it gets stucked on loading especially when I'm on the library and trying to skim books to read. A HARD RESET all Novels would also be a great feature

This app is great and it's free. I really like it, it's much better than the others imo but like, it'd be better if you could like sort it out based on it's genre because alot of the LNs has harem and I'm kinda sick of it so yeah. It'd be really helpful if you could add that, all in all, it's a great app which is free like literally, you don't have to spend even a dollar and there's no adds. Plus it's easy to navigate around but kinda hard to find books of a specific genre (except harem).

This app is amazing. There is so many different Light Novels, and even some WebNovels. The interface is simple, and my only complaint is that sometimes when I'm downloading, they just pause for no reason.

Needs a fix, anything not saved isn't readable and the search function doesn't work. I shouldn't have to fiddle with a "workaround" from a chatroom, thanks. I'll check back later, it was good while it lasted.

It was a 5 star when i got it but it suddenly doesn't work i can't search novels anymore since it says no novels found and i can only read what i save in my library also i can't use reader mode since it says something about cloudfare. The cloudfare check doesn't do anything all it does is open up the novelsupdate website with a giant buffer swirl on screen.

No filters of any kind, searching, library, anything. Numerous cases of infinite loading. Reader mode inconsistent. Dark mode inconsistent. You'll be better off reading from a browser than using this unreliable app.

I wanna give it a 5 star at first but it suddenly doesn't allow me to search other novels anymore. I had several phones (some borrowed) and downloaded the app but none could access any novel. I don't think the issue with the phone but rather the app itself.

I very love the app and I am a huge fan of it, (≧▽≦). It one very unique but special app where you can read almost all of the novels you want. However, I don't know why, is it normal or not, that I can't open any of my downloaded ones. There will always be this white block or page which states SKIP TO CONTENT or GO BACK TO PAGE. Currently, I cannot even use or read with the app offline for some reason. But still, I don't deny that THIS IS ONE OF A KIND NOVEL READING APP (≧▽≦)!!

Novel library is easy to use, but some novel cannot be read and there are many unknown letters in stories chapters. It also cannot be connected. There are no new updates from some stores and different views cannot be read. Novel library should updates the apps.

My experience so far is good.My only complaint is that sometimes the downloaded chapter that I downloaded have a chapter that can't be read and also the storage that this app takes is so heavy,I hope you add a option where the downloaded chapters can be put in SD card instead of internal storage

Well, i'd give it a okay. There are not many novels available (specially the ones that I want) and some even don't have all the chapters updated

Its a great novel reader app and I really enjoyed reading and downloading novels here. But it suddenly got broken saying "No novels found". I hope you can fix it.:))

Unable to login I got Settings -> Sync -> Novel-Updates -> Login, but it takes me back to the sync page. I'll update my review once this is fixed.

Good app all over but not what i was looking for :/ ui is really good but when i try to use "read out loud" feature app crashes and there are not all chapters of few novels, that's all.

Looks like I installed the app around the time there were problems with CloudFare haha! I thought it was malfunctioning but I took the time to join their discord and everything was solved. I recommend everyone doing the same if you have questions!

In some novel there are some chapters which are blank only shows sign in text or database error and foxnovel translation translated chapter also can't be readed without data please do something about this otherwise it is a great app PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!!!!

Before it is fully functional. But now, suddenly I can't read nor search for novels. It says it needs to update but can't download the new version. Pls fix this ASAP.

It's good. However, there are some issues regarding some of the chapter not available, but available on browser.
