They are very best but everytime I want to read the stories it has so many ads. It is so complicated for me. Before this I really enjoyed the novels but I can't to enjoy it more 'cause has so many ads. I hope the publisher or the maker can fix it. Good job for the best stories and I love it so much
I wanted to write a story but i cant skip the "add cover" part. I tried soooo many times to add it but failed. It just won't load. I also tried to skip it by clicking "next" but it kept telling me to 'please select image' . No matter what image i tried to use, it just won't load. Dont tell me to uninstall and reinstall it. I swear I've done that too.
So far, no serious issues about this app. But, I can't top-up nCoins. Before this, I bought the coins but didn't get. They took my money but not giving the coins. I already wrote a review before and I consider it settled. And just now I tried to top-up but it shows 'Error : You already own this item.' This happens multiple times everytime I want to buy coins. What does that mean? I don't understand it. Hope you can solve this. Edit: I can't read anything. It's all black. Please fix this. Thanks.
Why Lazada Ads keep on pop-up each time I want to start reading? It was not like this last time.
Why i cannot read on this application. Erghhh wasting time for loading. Almost 10 minute for waiting. it show just white screen. When i search also cannot found the story. Just before that i read the story when i want to search again no story found
I like this app, but i it'll be more interesting if it have italic, bold and another function. It'll be more fun for writers to write their story. And I think it'll be more easy to know where's an error in an author story if a readers can give a comment in every paragraph. Novel plus right now, also can comment but, I don't know where they put their comments. I can't ragonize where to fix my story.

Here my review about this app. Firstly, I thought this app just like others app. But… I’m so surprisingly that this app have a lot of Malay novel. I have a lot of my favourite novels in Novelplus and a few of them already printed as physical book!!! I’m so excited about that. Yes this app have flaws. But, the NovelPlus team handle it (for me) was so fast. I love the ncoins because I can donate to my favourite authors and my favourite novels. Sometime, I donate randomly haha..
Great job novel+. You did change a lot for this app. No lagging anymore. No loading. Just some ads which is understandble for me. Over all it functionaly very well.
App becoming worst. I did not receive my ncoin into my wallet and the bad part is i bought twice and in both transaction it says invalid but my money was already deducted from my balance. Notification system is not working. Bruh! Please fix all these errors.

I really love this app, it's a novel and it fits my taste. But apps are a bit slow as well ... hope you can fix that loading.

Very bad apps. The novel was so damn good. But the apps were so slow. I cant even view comments. Go to my library. Take so much time to get to my latest chapter. Urghh
I love this apps, but now there's a new problem, the readers count won't change until tomorrow, Eventhough there's already someone who read my novel. Please fix this.

honestly, i really really love this app ! it's really easy to search a story that suit to my taste ! but why ?!! the app is really slow ! it had takes to long to respond ! i really disappointed with this app system ! i hope you fix the system ! and thanks for making this app.
The app is good. Need more improvement like single section where writer's can post anything to let their reader know that they still writing the their story. Few readers also experiencing late for their coin to be insert into their wallet after topup. Developer also need make events or competition to attract more reader and talented writer. Putting attachment like pictures or audio also affecting writers and readers experience while using this app. I hope developer will think about it.
