Worst app ever seen. Doesn't open at all. Just the novo logo blinks keep on but doesn't open. Useless and pathetic
It was good until this recent update and the app no longer opens. Appreciate a fix ASAP.
Unpleasant cinema experience in Mall of Qatar, i dont understand why you keep the temperature so cold. Maybe so that you can offer VIP customers blankets while others freeze there.
False advertisement. On the booking seating selection menu it shows a curved screen with seats called cool 2d,cool prime, and edge but upon arrival on the theater it was a regular screen. Well it's cheap but they should change the seat selection menu with a setting that exactly looks like the theater.
I booked a ticket with credit card and got a successful message screen without booking reference ID, i received sms from the bank mentioning the purchase. But there is no ticket, checked with ticket counter they say that in their system there is no such booking. Called bank, they're saying that Novo didn't claim the money... Never thought that booking a ticket using app is this much trouble. Well done Novo...
It used to be be good. I used to watch movies every week by purchasing 50% discount on novo cinema tickets.. Looks like Now that offer doesn't work. It always says that Sold out and refer to deal buy 1, get 1 free deal. Which is not good. Uninstalled!!
Very bad experience.. I was in megamall sharjah.. 10 o clock show time but started at 10.15am and then untill i go ask reception hall lights are on arround 20 min. When i asked then only one guy came and off the light of hall. If i didn't go lights will be still on 😂 Bad experience or don't go early shows .....
App crashing again and again! Upgraded the old version yesterday and still the app shows to "update" whenever trying to open it. Fix it
Whenever I open the app to see the list of the movies it tells me there is an update available. I did update the app but when I click on it it won't open until I reinstall it!
I used to enjoy a lot this app but this morning, one window popped up to update the app. Once i click on update, it's keep on coming in same way. I even Uninstalled and then installed but same window of app update is coming up. They messed it up. 👎👎👎
User friendly and good film selection and ticket buying experience. As an area to improve more information trailers and showing awards regards films can be advantageous.
The best movie booking app in the UAE. THE UI UX is super smooth and the booking was very easy. Kudos to developers.
Rarely works. Keeps showing a msg that you need to update the app ..and when you do just get the same msg again. Constant issues with booking too
good app easy to use. it does not make sence that we can't use Mashreq Salam points to redeem tickets on the app. you should enable this feature.
Not opening just the logo blinks
Coming soon movies and currently playing ones are the same. Movie search is not working. And no one cares. No feed back from the developer.
Am unable to sign up. I have sent an email to novo technical team regarding the issue. They haven't come up with any solution yet.

Buying tickets online is more expensive than from the tickets counter because of the Booking Fee! I've uninstalled this application.
Easy, fast and very convenient booking and most of all no extra charge for online booking unlike other cinema.

I Naver Suggest this Cenema, i Booked the KGF 2, when i Booked i see prolerly Screen showing Bigger but when i go they take me at Baby Screen Cenama... Be Carefull specially Buhaira Shj when you booked...

Login always fail, its shows a pop-up with message "failure" (both email and google sign-in). Please fix this ASAP!
The premiere club option is useless. There is no way to redeem the points for the tickets. It only gives you options for your card, gift card and entertainer card. I have more than 300 points which did not get used for my booking. You also cannot refund the booking under any circumstances. This will be my last visit to Novo. I'll be going back to Vox cinemas.
