Why can't I open the app after I download the update? it keeps telling me to update!

I can't watch on my Chromecast anymore after update please fix it

after upgrade, it breaks off every 5 mins! please don't upgrade if you haven't !! rubbish

Watchlist constantly crashing now; searching programmes will show you reboardcast time instead of the live ones; you can't use playback option to rewatch the moments you have missed; it does not remind you or shows notifications for shows on your Watchlist even when they are available . The App needs a massive upgrade to deserve anything remotely above a 1-Star rating.

You give it your subscriber info but it doesnt remember any of your preferences (subscribed, favorites, etc) - it always defaults to showing all available content. This is still a terrible app for mediocre and expensive paytv service. Another peeve - message box notifications pop up on screen and must be manually cleared before they are out of your face.

I don't get what all the complaints about it being hard to use, been using it for years and it's been clear and easy. Some bugs to fix i.e. Favorites duplicating and only 1 of the 3 copies of one channel working otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

Cannot load the program properly all the time. Respond very slow after app successfully in connecting. Obviously cheap in getting proper server hardware resources and network planning. Absolutely unacceptable from a paid subscriber point of view. 😡😡😡

If there's one thing that's guaranteed, whatever PCCW do, they will make it hard for you. This app is as poor as their customer service. It must be their hundredth attempt at it and as ever, they think tech before the end user. When there's snow in hell, you'll know NOWTV are actually thinking about their customers before themselves. The worst thing is, it's still better than using the actual TV menu system.

For Android version, keep black screen cannot open probably...

Could allow more subscribed channels to be aeen on my portable devices.

Bad as update done but not working after that. Works for 10 s seconds then the screen freeze. Tried boot the pad for many time but problem exists still.

notifications pop up all of a sudden, too disturbing. the default setting should not allow this happen.

This is the worst app ever. Takes long time to start, easy to die. Shame on NOW TV. Should fix it or remove it entirely

Always says no program available at the moment instead of the schedule. I reported this to now tv several months ago but got zero feedback and the app is the same.

I just uninstalled & reinstalled but the update is still not applied! It keeps saying that it needs updating but it's not letting me update! Pls check, thanks!

poor performance, unstable! will force you out suddenly after watching more than an hour and i cannot login in again!

Using Samsung A7 with android 10 ,the app were being force quit after updated the latest version, have the developer do any test before the release is launch? Rubbish team

no idea how to update this app. and I simply can't access the app without updating it. this is so not user friendly!
