Now Playing Tracker
Now Playing Tracker keeps a history of the songs detected.
It also allows you to play the songs on other music providers.
Track each song, and what time you heard it and where. Also get more information about the song, album and artist because Now Playing Tracker uses LastFM to fetch more details.
Enable location tracking by visiting the Settings page
Never forget what songs you heard while you were out and about with Now Playing Tracker on the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL's.
User can leave feedback for Now Playing Tracker app by selecting Submit Feedback from the Settings page.
Users can also view the tracked song via Spotify, YouTube or Google Play Music if they have the apps installed.

So cool, I like being able to scroll through songs and find that one I couldn't remember the name of. Awesome app
great app.. just wish there was an added feature where when we click on the song, we have the option to either "search" google for it.. or find lyrics.
Does what it says, found another app that presents it a bit better but might check back later =] decent app
Keeps asking for the notifications permission even after activating the permission. Asks for it every time it opens. Makes it really annoying to use. The rest of the features are great. Like the link to Google play and all that.
Good app. I'd like it more if it played the song on Spotify instead of just searching it.
This has a nice clean interface and it feels like the app is part of the main Google core apps.
It works great though recently the location and band descriptions have disappeared.
Love being able to see what songs my Pixel 2 XL is hearing. Love being able to download song list to a spreadsheet file.
Does exactly what I expected; records song name, offers links to listen to the song, album and artist info, and the option to log location when songs are recognized.
Worked great! Now Google has finally added this feature directly, so this app isn't needed any more, but thanks for filling the gap while Google was twiddling their thumbs!
