Waited about an hour to see a provider. Only paitent. Don't leave the app no matter how much you wait, after going to my cvs app and switching back it disconnected me less than 2 min. After finally connecting to the provider she told me to go to urgent care instead for a flu not covid. I won't call out the provider because 1. I don't think it'll make a difference and 2. I'm hoping she was just trying her best. If this wasn't the only telemed covered by my insurance I wouldn't use it again.

Its great not having to leave the house when you feel awful. The video appointment was great quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this app. Especially when you feel awful and don't want to leave the house.

Great experience. But meeting dropped and luckily I found the refresh button on page. Then was reconnected to provider.

Amazed & pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and knowledge of Ms Gandy! She immediately put me at ease to openly discuss my situation and provide positive ways of minimizing further aggravation or injury of my condition. The wait time was surprisingly not long compared to driving to see my PCP. The technology to access the video visit via the NOW Clinic was also quite plainly explained and worked perfectly on my Android phone. Thx for this wonderful App👍👏

The app works really great very efficient. Certainly beats getting into my car and driving to the urgent Care...

Everything was very good except that the video cut out 3 or 4 times in about 8 minutes! This must be remedied! Otherwise, it's an excellent option if a clinic visit isn't at that time. *Update: Today's appointment via NowClinic was perfect. App did not cut out at all. Easy interface, with excellent quality video and crystal clear audio. Thanks, devs, for a job well done!👍😁

I admit, I wasn't thrilled about convenient care being closed down and replaced with online video visits, but admittedly...it's not that bad. The actual application is quite simple, nothing too complicated. Seeing someone took maybe 30ish minutes? Not that long, tbh . It would've taken longer actually going to the doctors office, lol. I'm pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy everything was.

I was forced to use this because of the covid-19 stuff, my normal convenient care was closed for walk-ins. it was kind of expensive, almost the same cost an an ER visit, although that depends completely on insurance. but it was really simple and easy, so easy that I would be totally happy to pay for this again just for the convenience alone. entering insurance info was kind of hard because none of the options matched exactly any of the documents I have.

Pretty neat! I've used the app twice, one time for a bad cold and the second time for a UTI. Both times I was able to get meds filled pretty much immediately and also the providers were able to write me a doctors note for work, and also order labwork. My primary care doctor's schedule books up really quickly so I wouldn't have been able to get in for a few days if I didn't have the app. And also, most insurances cover the visit with a $0 copay :-)

This app is so easy to use. The video is clear and sound quality is good. It works great without glitching 98% of the time. Video virtual appointments makes office visits enjoyable without fighting traffic to get to an office and not to mention being so much more relaxed at home, while waiting for the doctor.
