After the recent update my phone no longer support nownow agent App. The error message is " UNFORTUNATELY NOWNOW HAS STOPPED " and it will just close up
Am not able to sign in why,all i keep seeing is that you don't have a nownow wallet invalid why all this
Nice app. The only issues I have with now now is that, they refuse to give me POS since I've been applying for it. Outside that, I recommend now now to any body, and everyone.
You guys are not serious at all. Opay is the best when it comes to cash transfers with just #10 service charge yet delivers instantly. With no extra charge on bill payments. Few steps and the transaction is done. You keep sending biz tips but still require long process with high charges to make transfers. No mobile money agent that knows Opay will ever use NOWNOW.
Good services and no error. Get value instantly.. however, lately, we do experience delay in transaction value, also when a customer is debited.. it take a while to be rectified.. speed should make u different. All the same.. very good app
D old app has a space were an agent can register customer or even an agent, which is nt on dis new app. And also for recharging phone number i no is possible dat after u av type d phone or select it let it b dat it will automatically show d networks by himself, not u going to pick d network again, to make things faster. PLS KINDLY LOOK INTO IT AND REVIEW
The Nownow App is very fast and reliable to use. With the new features like opening and closing balance. Features like successful, failed, and reversed transaction. Kudos to the developers.
Nownow don't Show successful or approved on the successful transaction which is very very bad
A superb App to use on Android devices, but yet to work with iphones. Please, as a matter of urgency, kindly work on this App to be working on iphone and include sms alert for customers in all successful transactions. So, with these developments, I can see you soaring higher..... Thanks!
This NowNow app it superb compare to all other apps have used in the past, in the sence that once you initiate a transaction and it successful from your hend your are sure that receiver will receive value. Till date I still preferred it to any other payments and collection app when it comes to emergency. Even my wife will always ask hope am using NowNow for their cable subscription
Excellent service and quick customer response but it will be nice if u can enable a share option on receipt. Also the recipient need to know the sender not just NOWNOW as always indicated on bank sms alerts.
The app is wonderful. But the requirements before transfer is too much. Senders name senders last name. If it can b reduce ,it wil make d app more easy and less inputs required. Thanks
This app is really not worth even a star. How can one have a max funding of 10,000 naira and your charge on account funding is really on the high side
The 10,000 naira I saw in my nownow wallet is for what? because the guy that recommended nownow for me says he was the one that deposited it before the wallet was open. so he ask for it back. How true is it?
Now now is a very useless agency bank platform... I left there long ago...They are not intune with the times... A lot of fraudulent people are now using their weak platform ONLY RECENTLY to scam me by sending me OTP to further a transaction that I didn't initiate.. I never asked for a POS ... why would I need their POS from them... U guys should close up
Will give if four stars for now, once they add the following will rate them five stars 1. Electricity prepaid receipt should have the token embedded in it and 2. The total units customer money paid for should also be embedded into the receipt e.g 40units 3. Customer tarrif plan should also be embedded into the receipt. This is because the EEDC staff ask for this whenever they come to check the customers meter. So this features makes it an evidence. Thanks.
After go through others review based on this app.....i fell in love with it...so i decided to download it in order to use it for small scale business...... after installation on my fone...i can't register ....keep telling me dat ...my number is no valid in agent wallet .. something like dat ...so i don't understand.....if u can help me ...do so bcos i intend to become an agent. For people reviews...i will give 4stars! Thanks
This application is great and user friendly I hardly experience glitch while using it. The nibss need to be worked on as account opening doesn't display bank's anyone after the update.
NowNow agent app is 100% good for me. I enjoy every services provided on the agent app, the transfers / deposits to banks is amazing, customers get value instantly without delay, is faster than most bank app with less fee. The pay bills & mobile service is wow with attaractive commisions u hardly get from other platforms and delivers to customers instantly. As the name applies every service is indeed NowNow... I rate with five star
On Ikeja electric once the transaction is pending and it becomes successful, the customers meterno/acct no will not show. This is a problem because customers will always complain. Please look into this. Also include SMS alert for successful payment. Thanks.
Though I have not really stated using the app, it's quite nice and user friendly from the look, but the charges as I was told is on the high side, it's 2% higher than the one am using, please do something on the price and I will come back and give you 5stars

I've been using nownow agent app for almost 2years. It's wonderful for transfer as it is prompt enough, bill payments are hassle free and it is updated often to suit the moment. If there is more than 5star rating I will give to the app.
Nice app and a means of alleviating poverty. In fund transfer, Please I would like the developer of the app to let the depositor's name reflects in the receiver's account statement/credit alerts. It shouldn't just be the agent's name alone.
Good day, I love this App so much but one of the App lapses is that it does not show the balance before and balance after each transaction,this can help in balancing ones account one will know if there is error or not. please work on it.Thanks
I love it, i would have give five stars ratings but there are still some steps that the app is not complete such as the level of transparency of the app should be said in the transaction details, supposed to show ballance before and the ballance after of each transaction.
Poor user experience despite great service rendered. The app can't intelligently handle pasting phone numbers. Update: I find your permission requests intrusive. Why must I open all my phone to you before I can use your service.
